AP Polycet 2019 Admit Card

AP POLYCET 2019 Admit Card will be released in the month of April 2019 on the official website i.e. polycetap.nic.in. Candidates who have successfully registered for AP POLYCET 2019 will be issued admit cards by the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Andhra Pradesh. AP POLYCET 2019 will be conducted on April 27, 2019.

  • AP POLYCET 2019 Admit card can be accessed by entering class 10th hall ticket number, passing year and date of birth.

How to Download AP POLYCET 2019 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket

AP POLYCET 2019 Admit card is an enabling document which shows the candidature and assigned roll number of the student. Only those individuals who have applied for the exam by remitting the requisite application fee will be issued their hall tickets. It should be noted that SBTET will not be responsible to send admit cards to any individual by post.

Individuals who fail to produce their AP POLYCET 2019 Admit Card at the exam center will not be able to appear for the exam and will be disqualified.
AP POLYCET 2019 admit card can be downloaded by following these few easy steps:

  • Log on to the official AP POLYCET website.
  • Select the link of ‘AP POLYCET 2019 Admit Card’.
  • Enter login credentials such as class 10th hall ticket number, year of passing and date of birth on the page that opens. 
  • Admit card will appear in a new tab.
  • Students should verify all the details like name, registration number, examination center, etc. given on the hall ticket.
  • Save the admit card and print a colored copy of it.

Details on AP POLYCET 2019 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket

Individuals must check all the information given on AP POLYCET 2019 Admit Card before downloading it. During the test, the supervisor at the exam center will check the details given on the admit card to authenticate the identity of the applicant. The admit card will have the following details:

  • Applicant’s Name
  • Date and Time of Examination
  • Roll Number
  • Registration Number
  • Mailing Address
  • Date of birth
  • Category
  • Candidate’s signature
  • Candidate’s photograph
  • Name and address of examination center allotted to the individual.

Discrepancy in AP POLYCET 2019 Admit Card

In case an applicant finds a discrepancy in the AP POLYCET 2019 admit card or it cannot be downloaded, then applicant must contact/ visit the nearest helpline center/ conducting organization within the stipulated time. The helpline centers will be functional only after the commencement of application process.

Documents required with AP POLYCET 2019 Admit Card

AP POLYCET 2019 Admit card is an important piece of document which needs to be carried on the examination day. There are few more documents which examinees should carry on that day and the documents are mentioned below

  • 1 passport size photograph (same as that used for registration)
  •  Aadhar Card

Note: In case Aadhaar card is not available, students should get their class 10th hall ticket.


AP POLYCET 2019 Exam Centers

AP POLYCET 2019 will be held in 41 exam centers across Andhra Pradesh. SBTET will release a notification regarding the same in March 2019. Participants will have to exercise their choice of selecting the center preferred by them during application process. The final exam centers will be allotted by the system and requests for any changes shall not be entertained under any situation.

Instructions on AP POLYCET 2019 Admit Card

Applicants must ensure that they follow some general instructions on the day of AP POLYCET 2019 exam. It is important to know the rules and regulations laid down by SBTET. They should also check the requirement of the mandatory documents on the test day and comply with the same. Some of these instructions are stated as follows:

  • Candidates must report to their designated AP POLYCET 2019 center 30 to 45 minutes prior to the examination time.
  • They must bring a copy of their AP POLYCET 2019 Admit Card with a passport size photo affixed on it and an original photo identity proof.
  • Items like calculators and log tables, docupen, slide rulers, electronic watches with facilities of calculator, chits of paper, mobile phones or any bluetooth device will not be permitted in the exam hall.
  • The invigilator present in the exam hall will complete all the formalities like checking of attendance, signing and verifying the hall ticket with the photo identity proof.
  • Aspirants must not modify or tamper with any details given on the admit card once authenticated.
  • They can approach the invigilator or supervisor in charge in the room for any technical assistance or information regarding the test.
  • Individuals will be forbidden from leaving the exam hall until the entire period of examination is concluded.
  • AP POLYCET 2019 Admit Card duly signed by the invigilator should be preserved till the entire admission process is over
