NCERT Solutions for Class 7 Maths Chapter 10 Practical Geometry Exercise 10.2 is provided as a pdf file in the article below. Exercise 10.2 is based on the construction of triangles. We have already learned the Congruence Criteria of Triangles in our earlier chapter.
Exercise 10.2 has questions focused especially on the SSS criterion. In the exercise questions, the length of three sides of a triangle is known and students are required to construct the triangle such that it satisfies the SSS criterion of congruence.

Example From Class 7 Chapter 10 Practical Geometry
| Ques. Construct a triangle with sides of 3cm, 4cm, and 5cm. Ans. The steps of construction are as follows: STEP 1: Let's first draw a line segment BC of length 5cm. STEP 2: Using a compass an arc is drawn from point B such that BA= 4cm. STEP 3: Another arc is then drawn from point C such that CA = 3 cm. STEP 4: Points A, B, and C are joined. ABC is the required triangle that satisfies the SSS congruence criterion.
