| Ques. Construct a right-angled triangle where ∠A=90o, BC= 5cm and AB= 3 cm Ans. Steps of Construction: STEP 1: At first, using a scale and a pencil, we draw a line segment of length 3 cm and label the endpoints as A and B respectively. STEP 2: Using a protractor, we construct a right-angled triangle at point A. STEP 3: From point B, an arc of length 5 cm is drawn and the point of intersection of AX is marked as C. STEP 4: Points B and C are joined. ABC is the required right-angled triangle that satisfies the RHS criterion of congruence.
