Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has released the AP NEET UG 2026 Phase 1 Management Quota allotment result. The allotment list includes MBBS seats in private unaided medical colleges. Candidates can check and download their allotment letters from the official website, drntr.uhsap.in.
Allotted candidates must report to their respective colleges by September 22, 2026. The reporting process includes original document verification and payment of the first-year tuition fee. Failure to report within the deadline will lead to the cancellation of the allotted MBBS seat.

MQ Categories in Andhra Pradesh
The Management Quota (MQ) seats are divided into two categories under Andhra Pradesh admission rules. Category B1 covers 15% of the seats and is open to candidates from across India. Category B2 covers the remaining 85% of seats and is reserved for Andhra Pradesh local candidates.
Both categories have been included in a single MQ merit list this year. NTRUHS prepared the merit list based on candidates’ NEET UG 2026 scores. The total MQ merit pool includes 3,837 candidates.

How to Download the AP NEET UG 2026 Phase 1 MQ Allotment Letter?
- Visit the official website at drntr.uhsap.in.
- Click on the AP NEET UG 2026 Phase 1 MQ allotment result link.
- Log in using your NEET UG 2026 roll number and password.
- Check the allotted college and course details displayed on the screen.
- Download the allotment letter and take a printout for the reporting process.

Documents Required for Reporting
Candidates must carry the following original documents, along with two photocopy sets, during college reporting:
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and passing certificates
- Transfer certificate from the last institution attended
- Study or bonafide certificates covering the last seven years
- Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
- Caste, income and residence certificates, wherever applicable
- Signed AP NEET UG 2026 Phase 1 MQ allotment letter
The MQ round is the first structured chance for private-college aspirants in Andhra Pradesh. Non-reporting by September 22 forfeits the seat entirely. Missing this window may block entry into the next MQ phase as well.
