AP POLYCET 2026 Final Phase Option Entry Extended Till July 24; Check Revised Schedule

State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Andhra Pradesh has issued a fresh notice. It extends the AP POLYCET 2026 web option entry till July 24, 2026. The revised schedule is live at polycet.ap.gov.in. Seat allotment results will follow on July 26, 2026.

AP POLYCET stands for Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test. It is the state gateway to diploma engineering courses. The board pushed the earlier July 23 deadline by one day. This is the second such extension for the same option entry phase.

Only verified candidates can submit web options in this window. Certificate verification and fee payment closed on July 19, 2026. Eligible students must now log in and lock their choices.

How to Submit Web Options for AP POLYCET 2026 Final Phase?

Follow these steps to lock college and branch preferences online. The portal supports Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge browsers.

1. Visit the official AP POLYCET portal at polycet.ap.gov.in.
2. Click on the Candidate Login link on the homepage.
3. Enter your hall ticket number, password, and date of birth.
4. Select colleges and branches in your preferred order.
5. Save each option and review the full list once.
6. Confirm and lock your final choices before the deadline.
7. Download the locked options list for future reference.

Candidates may modify their locked options on the same day. This modification slot is the last chance to change preferences. Any option not locked will not enter the allotment process.

What Happens After AP POLYCET Seat Allotment on July 26?

The allotment result will be published on the official portal. Candidates can check the allotted college by entering login details. The system will also generate the self-joining report.

Allotted candidates must then report to their assigned college. They must carry all original certificates and the allotment order. Failure to report within the reporting window will cancel the seat.

Candidates must carry originals plus two sets of photocopies. The allotted college verifies these before confirming admission.

• Aadhaar card and four passport size photographs
