What Are the Four Choice Options for Allotted Candidates?

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 must select one of four choices before the stated deadline. The choice decides whether the student accepts, upgrades, or exits the counselling.

• Choice-1: Accept the allotted seat and exit further counselling rounds.
• Choice-2: Accept the current seat but seek upgrade in later rounds.
• Choice-3: Reject the allotted seat and continue in later rounds.
• Choice-4: Exit counselling entirely without taking any seat.

Candidates who skip choice entry are treated as rejecting the seat. The seat moves back to the pool for the next round.

How to Confirm the Allotted Seat and Pay the Fee?

After downloading the allotment order, candidates must pay the applicable tuition and counselling fee online through the KEA portal. Fees paid for medical or dental counselling are not adjusted against AYUSH seats. Candidates must pay the AYUSH fee separately as per the published seat matrix.

Payment can be made using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. After successful payment, candidates must report to the allotted college with original documents between October 24 and October 29, 2026. Failure to report within the window will cancel the allotment.
