DU OBE 2020 Results unlikely to release before October end; Check details here

New Delhi: On Wednesday, The University of Delhi informed the Delhi High Court, that the DU OBE results of the UG final years will not be declared before October end owing to a lack of resources as well as workforce. 

Delhi University stated that 72% of the answer sheets were already evaluated and sent to the examiners from the OBE portal and the confidential results of 17 postgraduate students shall be directly sent to foreign universities on September 29, as they were supposed to visit the foreign countries for further education.

The court earlier instructed the varsity to announce the results of the Open Book Examination (OBE) by the end of October in the last hearing and also added to expedite the evaluation process and issue the letters to the affiliated colleges regarding the expedition of the evaluation and the declaration of the results.

Delhi High Court asked the university to inform in the next hearing about what steps are being adopted for the evaluation of the DU OBE results. 

Delhi University is expected to release the DU cut-off 2020 lists soon. However, the official date hasn't been confirmed yet. Moreover, Delhi University has more than 5 lakhs aspirants seeking admission in DU undergraduate courses and the last date to register was on August 31, 2020.
