GNDU UCAT UG 2026 Round 2 Counselling from July 8 at gnduadmissions.org; Check Reporting Schedule

Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) has released the Round 2 counselling schedule for the University Common Admission Test (UCAT) UG 2026-27. The notice was uploaded on the official admissions portal at gnduadmissions.org on July 3, 2026. The second round will be held from July 8 to July 10, 2026 on the Amritsar campus.

The Round 2 counselling covers vacant seats in undergraduate merit-based programmes offered by GNDU teaching departments. Candidates who did not receive a seat in Round 1, and eligible fresh applicants from the UCAT merit list, may participate in this round. Physical presence at the venue is mandatory during the assigned reporting slot.

GNDU UCAT UG 2026 Round 2 Counselling Dates

The three-day counselling window is split by programme groups. Candidates must check their exact reporting day and time on the official schedule before travelling.

The second round applies to UCAT-linked undergraduate and integrated programmes with vacant seats. The covered courses include the following:

• B.Com Four Year Integrated Programme
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
• BA-based undergraduate programmes offered through UCAT
• M.Com Four Year Integrated Programme
• Other UCAT-linked programmes with vacant seats after Round 1

How to Attend the GNDU UCAT Round 2 Counselling?

The counselling is offline and merit-based. Candidates must reach the venue on their scheduled day and produce all required documents. Seats are allotted on the spot based on rank and choice.

• Check the counselling schedule on the official portal at gnduadmissions.org.
• Note the reporting date and time linked to your UCAT rank range.
• Reach the venue at least 30 minutes before the reporting time.
• Get documents verified at the reporting desk.
• Attend the seat allotment round and pay the admission fee if allotted.

Counselling Venue

The venue is the Conference Hall, Ground Floor, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Bhawan, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Candidates who miss their reporting slot may lose their turn. The seat is then offered to the next candidate on the merit list.

Documents Required at Reporting

Applicants must carry the following documents in original with two sets of self-attested photocopies:

• UCAT 2026 admit card and rank card
• Class 10 mark sheet and certificate
• Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
• Character certificate from the last school or college attended
• Category certificate, if applicable
• Two recent passport-size photographs
• Hard copy of the online UCAT application form
• Valid photo identity proof, such as Aadhaar
