The IISER Counselling 2026 schedule is out at iiseradmission.in. Registration closed on July 9. Round 1 seat allotment is due in mid-July across seven IISERs offering 2,343 BS-MS seats.
The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) has released the IISER Counselling 2026 schedule on the official portal at iiseradmission.in. Registration and choice filling opened on July 2, 2026. It closed on July 9, 2026 at 5:00 PM IST. The Round 1 seat allotment result is due in mid-July 2026.
The counselling covers admission to the five-year BS-MS dual degree programme. It also covers the four-year BS programmes offered at select IISERs. Only IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2026 qualifiers can take part.

Seat Acceptance Fee for IISER Counselling 2026
Allotted candidates must pay the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) on time. The deadline is stated in the allotment letter. A portion of the SAF is a non-refundable administrative charge. The rest is adjusted against the first-semester tuition fee.
