MAH BArch CET CAP 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Out; Check Last Date for Seat Acceptance and Reporting

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has released the Maharashtra Bachelor of Architecture Common Entrance Test (MAH BArch CET) Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2026 Round 1 provisional seat allotment result on the official website at arch2026.mahacet.org.in. Candidates allotted a seat must confirm their admission between August 11 and August 13, 2026, till 3:00 PM.

The result was published on August 10, 2026. Allotment was made on the basis of the options filled by candidates between August 6 and August 8, 2026. The exercise follows the seat matrix released on August 5, 2026, and the final merit list published on July 31, 2026.

Seat acceptance is mandatory to retain the allotted institute. Failure to report within the window will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat. Candidates who miss the deadline will lose their claim in Round 1.

How to Check the MAH BArch CAP 2026 Round 1 Allotment Result?

Candidates can view their allotted institute through the official portal. The result is available as a downloadable PDF and through the candidate login. Both routes require the Application ID beginning with AR26.

1. Visit the official website at arch2026.mahacet.org.in.
2. Click on the link titled Provisional CAP Round Allotment 1 dated 10-08-2026.
3. Enter the Application ID and date of birth to log in.
4. Check the allotted institute and course in the PDF.
5. Download and save a copy for the reporting process.

How to Accept the Allotted Seat and Complete Reporting?

The CET Cell has provided a fixed window of three days for confirmation. All allotted candidates must act within this window. The process is completed online and, where required, at the allotted institute.

• Log in to the candidate portal using the Application ID and password.
• Select the appropriate option based on the round and preference.
• Upload the required documents for verification by the institute.
• Complete the fee payment as per the allotted category.
• Report to the allotted institute within the deadline for admission confirmation.

What Happens if a Candidate Skips Round 1 Reporting?

Candidates who do not report by 3:00 PM on August 13, 2026, will forfeit the allotted seat. They may still participate in Round 2 by responding to the vacant seat matrix. The vacant seat details will be published on August 14, 2026.
