The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra (CET Cell) has released the Maharashtra BBA/BMS/BBM Common Entrance Test (MAH BBA/BMS/BBM CET) 2026 Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 4 seat allotment result. The result is now live on the official portal at bba2026.mahacet.org.in.
Round 4 is the final CAP round for this admission cycle. Allotted candidates must accept the seat online and report to the institute by September 8, 2026.
The institute-wise allotment list is also open for public viewing. Individual results can be checked by logging in with the application ID and password.

How to Check the MAH BBA CET CAP Round 4 Seat Allotment?
Candidates can view their allotment through the login window on the CAP portal. The public institute-wise list is also available on the same portal.
- Visit the official portal at bba2026.mahacet.org.in.
- Click on the CAP Round 4 seat allotment link.
- Log in using your application ID and password.
- The allotted institute and course details will appear on the screen.
- Download and save the allotment letter for later use.
The full institute-wise allotment list can also be accessed directly. It does not require candidate login for viewing.
How to Accept the Allotted Seat and Report to the Institute?
Seat acceptance and reporting must be completed within the given window. Missing the deadline will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
- Log in to the CAP portal at bba2026.mahacet.org.in.
- Open the seat acceptance form under the Round 4 tab.
- Confirm acceptance of the allotted seat online.
- Pay the required admission fee through the online payment gateway.
- Visit the allotted institute with all original documents for verification.
- Complete the reporting formalities on or before September 8, 2026.
Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
Candidates must carry both original documents and self-attested photocopies. Verification is done at the allotted institute during reporting.
- MAH BBA CET 2026 scorecard and admit card.
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates.
- Seat allotment letter downloaded from the CAP portal.
- Domicile certificate for Maharashtra state candidates.
- Caste certificate, non-creamy layer, and EWS proof, if applicable.
- Recent passport-size photographs and a valid photo ID.
Round 4 is the last centralised round for BBA, BMS and BBM seats this year. Any vacancies after September 8 will move to institute-level admissions held by colleges directly.
