The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Government of Maharashtra, has opened registration for the MAH Master of Architecture Common Entrance Test Centralised Admission Process (MAH MArch CET CAP) 2026. Eligible candidates can register on the official portal at march2026.mahacet.org.in.

The CAP round decides admission to first-year Master of Architecture (MArch) seats. These seats are offered in government, government-aided and unaided private institutes across Maharashtra. Registration, document upload and fee payment are all done online through the CAP portal.

Who Can Apply for MAH MArch CET CAP 2026?

Candidates who have appeared in the MAH MArch CET 2026 are eligible to register. Applicants must hold a valid Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from a Council of Architecture recognised institute. They must also meet the minimum aggregate marks fixed by the CET Cell.

Maharashtra State candidates and All India category candidates can both apply. Candidates seeking reservation must have valid certificates on the date of application.

All backward class candidates, except SC and ST, must submit a Non-Creamy Layer certificate valid up to March 31, 2027. SC and ST candidates need caste or tribe validity certificates.

Click on the CAP registration link on the home page.
Enter your MAH MArch CET 2026 application number and details.
Fill the CAP form with academic and personal information.
Upload scanned documents in the prescribed format.
Pay the CAP registration fee online through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
Submit the form and download the confirmation receipt.

What Happens After Registration?

After registration, candidates must complete e-verification of documents. The CET Cell will then release a provisional merit list on the official portal. A window for raising grievances against the merit list will follow.

Once the final merit list is out, seat allotment rounds begin. Candidates fill option forms with preferred institutes and courses. Seats are allotted based on merit, preference and reservation.
