MAH NEET UG Round 3 Allotment 2026 Released; Check Last Date to Join

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra (CET Cell Maharashtra) has released the Maharashtra National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (MAH NEET UG) 2026 Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 3 provisional allotment list for MBBS and BDS courses on the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org. The allotment list was declared on October 11, 2026. Candidates who have secured a seat must now physically report to their allotted institutes. The joining window closes on October 14, 2026, up to 5:30 PM.

The Round 3 allotment was prepared on the basis of fresh choices submitted between October 7 and October 9, 2026. The CET Cell has confirmed that preferences from Round 2 stand null and void for this round. The Round 3 seat matrix was published on October 6, 2026, with 1,931 vacant MBBS and BDS seats on offer. The combined final merit list for Round 3 was issued on October 5, 2026.

How to Check the MAH NEET UG Round 3 Allotment List?

Candidates can download the Round 3 selection list in a few steps. The list is a PDF document hosted on the official portal.

• Visit the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org.
• Click on the CAP Round 3 selection list link on the homepage.
• Download the MBBS and BDS allotment PDF for your category.
• Use the search function to find your name and application number.
• Note the allotted college, course, and category details.

How to Join the Allotted Institute?

Allotted candidates must physically report at their allotted college within the stipulated window. Reporting cannot be delayed beyond October 14, 2026, at 5:30 PM.

Candidates must carry all original documents and self-attested copies. The admission fee must be paid as per the institute's instructions. A duly filled Status Retention Form is also mandatory at reporting. Failure to join within the deadline will cancel the seat.

Candidates must carry the following documents for verification at the allotted institute.

• Original NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
• Nationality certificate or valid passport
• Maharashtra domicile certificate
• Caste, non-creamy layer, or EWS certificate, where applicable
• Status Retention Form, if the candidate wishes to retain allotment
• Medical fitness certificate from a registered practitioner
• Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
• Proof of admission fee payment

MAH NEET UG 2026 Vacant Seat Snapshot

Round 3 opened with 1,931 vacant seats across MBBS and BDS colleges in Maharashtra. These seats were carried forward from the earlier counselling rounds. The State CET Cell released a revised seat matrix after Round 2 withdrawals and resignations. Government, corporation, and private unaided institutes were covered in the matrix.
