Nirma University has opened MBA and MBA HRM admissions for the 2027 session on its official portal. Applications are being accepted until the third week of December 2026. CAT scores are mandatory for most candidates.
The Institute of Management, Nirma University (IMNU) has opened MBA 2027 admissions. The application portal went live on September 14, 2026. Candidates can apply at admissions-mba.nirmauni.ac.in until the third week of December 2026.
The programmes offered are the MBA and MBA Human Resource Management (MBA-HRM). Both courses accept the Common Admission Test (CAT) score for entry. The total intake is 330 seats, including 300 MBA seats and 30 MBA-HRM seats.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Candidates must hold a three-year bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50 percent aggregate marks. Final-year students may also apply, subject to submitting proof of degree completion.
Applicants need a valid CAT score from the current cycle. International candidates may submit a GMAT score taken after July 2024. NRI-sponsored candidates must submit a CAT score only.

Nirma University MBA Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates undergo a structured selection process at the campus. The selection round includes a Theme Development and Presentation and a Personal Interview.

Scholarships for Nirma MBA Students
The institute offers merit scholarships of up to Rs 1,00,000 per year. The top 23 students in the entering batch are eligible for these awards.
A merit-cum-means scholarship of Rs 50,000 or Rs 1,00,000 is also available.
Engineering graduates scoring above 85 percentile in CAT are eligible for a Rs 1,00,000 scholarship.
NRI, PIO, Foreign National, and CIWGC students are not eligible for these scholarships.

Hostel fees start at Rs 99,000 per year for a non-AC twin room. Examination charges of Rs 11,000 and activity fees of Rs 8,000 are applicable annually. All fees are subject to revision by the Gujarat Fee Fixation Committee.

How to Apply for the MBA Programme?
Candidates can submit the application entirely online through the admission portal. Payment can be made through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
General and ACPC applicants must pay an application processing fee of Rs 1,600.
NRI and NRI-sponsored candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 4,500. Separate applications are required for ACPC Gujarat state quota seats. International admissions are handled by the institute's International Relations Office.
Nirma reserves 75 of its 300 MBA seats under the Gujarat ACPC state quota. These require a separate application through the state admission committee. The remaining 225 seats are open across India and NRI categories.
