PUMBA at Savitribai Phule Pune University has opened MBA ACAP Institute Level Admission 2026 applications. Candidates must apply by September 9 2026. Merit list will be released on September 10 with reporting on September 12 2026.

The Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has invited applications for the MBA After Centralised Admission Process (ACAP) and Institute Level Admission 2026-27. Candidates can apply on the official portal at pumba.in until September 9, 2026. The provisional merit list will be released on September 10, 2026.
Selected candidates must report to the institute on September 12, 2026. Admission will be granted based on the state merit rank obtained through MH-CET MBA 2026. The counselling venue is the PUMBA campus at Ganeshkhind, Pune - 411007.
The institute released the official instructions document on August 31, 2026. It sets out the eligibility rules, document scrutiny process, and online fee payment steps. Vacant seats after the DTE CAP rounds will be filled through this round.

Who Is Eligible for PUMBA MBA ACAP Admission 2026?
Applicants must meet the academic and entrance benchmarks set for the MBA programme. The rules follow Maharashtra CET Cell norms for MBA admissions.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a UGC, AICTE, or AIU recognised institution.
- Minimum 50 percent aggregate marks for open category candidates.
- Minimum 45 percent aggregate marks for reserved category candidates.
- Valid MH-CET MBA 2026 scorecard is mandatory for all applicants.
- Candidates must have registered for the Maharashtra CAP round earlier.

What Documents Should Candidates Carry for Reporting?
Shortlisted candidates must bring the original documents to the PUMBA campus. Three sets of photocopies of each document are also required.
- MH-CET MBA 2026 scorecard and CAP registration receipt.
- SSC and HSC mark sheets and passing certificates.
- Bachelor's degree mark sheets and passing certificate.
- Certificate of Indian nationality or a valid domicile certificate.
- Category, non-creamy layer, or EWS certificate wherever applicable.
- Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs.
The ACAP and Institute Level Round is the final admission window at PUMBA for the 2026-27 batch. Candidates who missed the DTE CAP rounds can still secure a seat here. Allotment is strictly based on the state merit rank of applicants present on the counselling day.
