RGIPT has released Sub-Round 1.1 seat allotment for BTech Admission 2026-27. Allotted candidates must pay the fee by July 2 2026. Sub-Round 1.2 allotment releases on July 3 2026. Round 2 applications open July 10 2026.

The Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) has released the BTech Admission 2026-27 Sub-Round 1.1 seat allotment. The result is now available on the official website. Candidates who have been allotted a seat must pay the full first-semester fee to confirm their admission. The last date for fee payment is July 2, 2026.
Candidates can log in to the admission dashboard using their JEE Advanced 2026 credentials. The Sub-Round 1.2 seat allotment will be announced on July 3, 2026. This round will also provide upgradation opportunities for candidates who complete fee payment in Sub-Round 1.1. The fee payment deadline for Sub-Round 1.2 is July 7, 2026.
The Round 2 application process will begin on July 10, 2026, for vacant seats and will remain open until July 19, 2026. Admission is being offered across 11 BTech programmes, with a total intake of 580 seats.

Who Is Eligible for RGIPT BTech Admission 2026-27?
Candidates must have qualified JEE Advanced 2026 to be considered for admission. They should also secure at least 60 percent aggregate marks in Class 12. The aggregate is calculated using Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and one best additional subject.
Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and PwD categories need a minimum of 55 percent aggregate. The seat allotment is based on JEE Advanced 2026 ranks and the branch preferences submitted by candidates.
