The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu, has released the TNEA 2026 Round 3 seat allotment. The allotment list is available at tneaonline.org. Candidates can log in to check their allotted college and branch.

Allotted candidates must confirm their seats online and report to the allotted college in person by August 27, 2026. Candidates who miss the deadline will lose their allotted seats. The counselling covers government, aided and self-financing engineering colleges across Tamil Nadu.

2. Open the candidate login page.
3. Enter the application number and password.
4. Open the Round 3 seat allotment section.
5. Download and save the provisional allotment order for reporting.

What Are the Options for Allotted Candidates?

Allotted candidates have three broad options. Each option has a different next step and consequence.

• Accept and join: Confirm the seat online and report to the allotted college.
• Accept and upgrade: Confirm the allotted seat while seeking a higher-preference option.
• Reject the allotment: Decline the seat and exit the current round.

Which Documents Are Required at the Time of Reporting?

Candidates must carry the original documents along with self-attested photocopies for verification at the allotted college.

• Provisional allotment order downloaded from the portal
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
• Transfer certificate from the last attended institution
• Community certificate, wherever applicable
• Nativity certificate, wherever applicable
• Aadhaar card
• Recent passport-size photographs
