WB NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 3 Registration Begins; Check Last Date to Apply

The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) has opened the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 Round 3 counselling registration on its official portal at wbmcc.nic.in. The registration window opened at 11 AM on September 28, 2026. Candidates seeking MBBS and BDS admission in West Bengal must register by 6 PM on September 30, 2026.

Online fee payment for Round 3 will remain open until midnight on September 30, 2026. The revised schedule also covers the Online Stray Vacancy Round for state quota seats. WBMCC has flagged the released schedule as tentative and subject to change.

Who Is Eligible to Apply for Round 3?

Only candidates who qualified for NEET UG 2026 can register for this round. Candidates must also meet the West Bengal state domicile rules for state quota seats. Those already admitted and not resigned in earlier rounds cannot register again.

What Happens After Registration?

After payment, candidates must complete document verification at designated colleges. Verification will run from September 29 to October 1, 2026. The verification counters will remain open between 11 AM and 4 PM daily.

Verified candidates can then access the online choice filling window. Choice filling opens at 6 PM on October 1, 2026. Candidates must lock their choices by 10 AM on October 4, 2026.

How Will Seat Allotment and Reporting Work?

WBMCC will publish the Round 3 seat allotment result after 4 PM on October 8, 2026. Allotted candidates must download the allotment letter from the portal.

Reporting will take place on October 12, 13 and 14, 2026. Candidates must carry all original documents to the allotted college. Reporting counters will function from 10 AM to 4 PM. Failure to report within this window will result in seat cancellation.

WB NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round Schedule

WBMCC has also released the Online Stray Vacancy Round dates. This round will fill seats remaining vacant after Round 3. Only eligible candidates as per WBMCC rules can participate.

5. Pay the counselling fee online before midnight on September 30, 2026.
