The University of Health Sciences Rohtak (UHSR) has released the Haryana NEET UG Round 3 seat matrix 2026. Candidates can access the seat matrix on the official portal at uhsrugcounselling.com. The document contains details of vacant MBBS and BDS seats available across participating colleges in Haryana.
The Round 3 registration and choice filling process started on September 28, 2026 and will remain open until October 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Candidates participating in this round must submit fresh choices, as preferences filled during the previous rounds will be cancelled automatically.
Candidates who registered earlier but were not allotted any seat are not required to register again. However, candidates who have already received a seat must submit their willingness to participate in Round 3. They can also select the upgrade option online.

Security Deposit for Haryana NEET UG Round 3
Candidates must pay the applicable security deposit to participate in Haryana NEET UG Round 3 counselling. The amount depends on the candidate category and type of college or quota.
