Haryana NEET UG Round 3 counselling registration has begun at uhsrugcounselling.com. Candidates can apply and submit choices until October 10, 2026. Provisional seat allotment will be released on October 12, 2026.

Haryana NEET UG Round 3 Counselling 2026 Registration Open

The Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak, has opened the Haryana National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) Round 3 counselling 2026 registration on the official portal at uhsrugcounselling.com. Candidates can register, edit their information, and submit seat choices until October 10, 2026, 11:59 PM.

The Round 3 counselling covers candidates who remained unallotted in Rounds 1 and 2. It also covers those who did not join their allotted seats. Round 1 and Round 2 joiners seeking seat upgrades may also participate.

Who Is Eligible to Participate in Round 3?

The following categories of candidates can take part in Round 3 counselling:

Candidates who remained unallotted in Rounds 1 and 2.
Candidates who were allotted seats but did not join their college.
Round 1 and Round 2 joiners who wish to upgrade their allotted seat.

All applicants must hold a valid NEET UG 2026 scorecard. They must also meet Haryana state domicile and category norms.

Certificates Required for Reserved Category Candidates

Applicants under reserved categories must upload valid certificates issued after April 1, 2026. The list of required documents is given below.
