XLRI to Accept GRE, GMAT Scores for Admission to Executive PGDM General Programme, Check Admission Details Here

The Xavier School of Management has announced it will accept GMAT, XAT, and GRE scores for admission to Executive PGDM courses starting this year. This announcement came even as the registration for new admissions will be closed on November 30.

On Wednesday, the XLRI institute spokesperson announced that the acceptance period of the GMAT scores has been extended to 5 years. This indicates that the institute will consider scores from December 1, 2015, onwards to December 31, 2020, for admission to its programs this year.

Right now the institute is in the middle of the admission registration process for the residential general Management Programme Executive PGDM. The last date to register for the same is November 30.

Eligibility For Executive PGDM Course

To apply for the programme, the applicant must satisfy the eligibility conditions as laid out by the institute. The criteria for the same is given below.

  • Applicant must have a valid bachelor degree of a minimum duration of 3 years from any recognized institute
  • The candidate should have at least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience as of March 31. The applicant will need to show some documents verifying his claims
  • The candidate should have secured a valid XAT 2021 or GMAT (2015-2020) score

  • Scroll below till you reach the programmes to apply section
  • Select PGDM course there
  • A new window will open up. Here locate the Register section
  • Enter your name, email, number, your state and city
  • Enter the security text and register for the course

Statement From The Director

The director of XLRI Institute, Mr Fr.P.Christie S.J said in a statement that the penultimate aim of the institute was to become a learning organization. As such, the institute has evolved the 15 month PGDM programme to provide exposure and theoretical foundations to practising managers. 

This would allow them to shoulder larger responsibilities and perform better as they move higher in the hierarchy.
