The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has released the Maharashtra Common Admission Process (CAP) 2026 Round 3 provisional seat allotment for the three-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) programme. The allotment has been published on the official portal at llb3cap26.mahacet.org. Allotted candidates must report to their allotted institute between September 21 and September 24, 2026, to accept the seat.

The Round 3 allotment list was uploaded on September 20, 2026, at 11 AM. This came after a brief postponement from the earlier scheduled date of September 19, 2026. Candidates can view their allotment status through the individual login window on the CAP portal. The institute-wise allotment list has also been published on the same portal for wider reference.

Round 3 is the final centralised round of the three-year LLB CAP 2026 process in Maharashtra. Any seats that remain vacant after this round move to institute-level admissions carried out by the allotted colleges. Candidates are advised to complete reporting on time to avoid seat cancellation.

How to Check the MAH LLB CAP 2026 Round 3 Allotment?

Candidates can view their Round 3 allotment through the login window on the CAP portal. The steps to check the allotment result are given below.

1. Visit the official portal at llb3cap26.mahacet.org.
2. Click on the "Check Candidate Allotment" link on the homepage.
3. Enter the application number and password to log in.
4. The Round 3 provisional allotment details will appear on the screen.
5. Download the allotment letter and take a printout for reporting.

Candidates who wish to view the college-wise allotment can visit the Institute-Wise Allotment List page on the portal directly.

How to Confirm the Allotted Seat?

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3 must physically report to the allotted institute within the reporting window. The reporting has to be completed between September 21 and September 24, 2026. Failing to report within this window will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

At the institute, candidates must submit original documents for verification. They must also pay the applicable admission fee as per the allotted college's fee structure. The institute will then upload the confirmed admission on the CAP portal by September 25, 2026.

Candidates should carry the following documents in original along with two sets of self-attested photocopies while reporting to the allotted institute.

• Non-Creamy Layer certificate valid up to March 31, 2027, if applicable
• EWS certificate, if the candidate has applied under the EWS category
• Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
• Migration and transfer certificate from the previous institute
