Course Curriculum Overview
Yes,the course curriculum is quite nice.it’s under Appu.exam structure is 30-70 pattern.30 marks insem(covering three units) and 70marks final theory paper.also we have practical’s and teamwork included.
Placement Experience
Placements and job opportunities are there.mass recruiters like Infosys,l&t, tcs, do come and hire.even amazon and other companies come along.but the packages offered are not too much.it’s usually around max7-8lakhs p.a.
College Events
Navratri dandiya nights.Traditional day,freshers party, Shivaji Jayanti,teachers day,interdepartmental sports events are some exciting events. The most heart throbbing event is ALACRITY held in feb-March month.3 days college annual fest. It has technical non technical,sports, cultural and food fairs and so much more. The whole college gathers around.students from other colleges also come along for participation and visit.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is moderate I guess when compared to other colleges,it’s affordable.its around one lakh per annum.but students who have caste certificate or whose parents are earning below a certain amount have concession,the fee drops down to Rs.3000.yes that’s insane.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship is available for caste students and also students whose parents have low income. It’s a gud initiative and helps students study without much burden. One must opt for them, if he or she is elegible for it.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes they are helpful.alumni meets are conducted.They do give inspiration through sharing their life experiences after college. Many have their own startup’s and some have done exceptionally well in their interest fields.it’s really helpful to get in touch with the.also seniors are supportive.
Admission
I had got admission trough 2nd cap round by the merit list as per jee and mchet marks. After the exams, had to wait for the results. Once the results of cet and jee were out,portals for cap round filling had started, where we have to fill our preferred colleges as per most preferred. Then once I’d confirmed the list,within a week the list is out.i didn’t get any preferred college so waited for the next round and then got it.
Faculty
The faculty is supportive. The only thing is you have to approach them when you need to, because it’s hard for them to give individual student attention in the class of 60 students. The teachers who have taught me so far are well knowledges, experienced and supportive.
