Remarks
I think the college could be much more than what it is now it infrastructure could improve, and the labs, departments, club houses can be renovated as they are on a condition that they would need demolition if they are neglected as they are now. The college should also provide assistance to the students in there time of needs.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's quite slow on the first half of the year and quite fast at the second half of the year. Here we have a total of 8 semesters, 2 each year. With 2 midterm examination only the best marks out of 2 are selected. The semester is of 70 marks, midterms of 20 marks and classtest comprising of 10marks
Placement Experience
Yea there are placements as many companies visit our college but the package overall is nat that good. And no my college doesn't provide internship but it encourages the students to seek out internship from various institution and also provides introductions to those students who are unable to get any internship.
College Events
As there are lots of club here so are the events there is a tech festival called Sandraan organised my Model Club of bit sindri, sports event called Sparda managed by Sports club of bit sindri, and at the winter we have a cultural fest called bitansh.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is governmental college the fee is feasible about 60000 a year. The tuition fees is about 16000 for general and 11000 for sc/st students and mess fee is 3000 for 10 months which are paid at a very 2 months. The hostel fee is 5000 and electricity fee is 2000 for the whole year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college doesn't provide any scholarships for the students but the alumni network of the college give out scholarship every year for the needy students. Most of the student fill out the ekalyan program of the government for the other backward class and schedule caste and schedule tribe students.
Campus Life
There are many club in the college to enjoy which host different types of fest. The labs of the college is antique having many machinery from 1980's most of them are not working due to lack of maintenance but the college is trying to provide the laboratory facilities to the students by building many laboratory and renovating old ones.
Hostel Facilities
I have opted for the hostel as my home is distant from the college. The hostel are divided into 2 zone A zone for first year and second year students and B zone for third year and Final year students.
Alumni/Alumna
The alimuni network is very helpful as you would find many of our alumni in the high post of almost every well established firm and every fields. They also give out scholarship to the poor and needy students every year.
Admission
Through an examination conducted by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. Now it is has started taking students via JEE Mains and JEE advance but it take majority of it's students from JEECE conducted by JCECE board of Jharkhand.
Faculty
It should improve as there are very few senior professors and new assistant professor are not very good at making the students understand the course. The senior professor are very good they conveys the topic of the course to there fullest.
