Remarks

My reviews are quite good. But there are few things which I don't want in this college. They are as follows:- Firstly,this college is not co-ed. Boys and girls study in different shifts. Secondly,this college do not have a playground.

Course Curriculum Overview

Exam structure is based on CBCS system. Students opt their subjects on their own. I mean from the available subjects we have the freedom to choose the subjects which we want to study. Exam happen in every month.

Placement Experience

Basically there no any such type of placements available but for MCA and MBA,the placements are quite good. Currently I am in 1st year so I don't know much about stipend and internships but the placements are good.

College Events

Events are not allowed in this college. The students who are part of the society,they only celebrated the events. Dean has restricted the college functions. So we have to bear the sufferings of not celebrating any festival.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive. The fee structure is quite expensive. Upto my knowledge I know that this is the most expensive college here that is in Jharkhand. Placements are good but faculties are not that good.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no scholarship available for the students but there is a scholarship for the students of Jharkhand only. They get scholarships in the form of money at the end of the year. But that scholarships are only for SC's, St's and OBC's.

Campus Life

Labs are very good. Clean. But this college doesn't have a playground. We hostelers have to go 4-5 kms away in a playground to play and refresh ourselves. Rather they do not conduct any sports.

Hostel Facilities

No. The hostel facilities are not provided by the college. We students have to find our own hostel here in Ranchi city. No such fooding and lodging facilities are provided. But we are quite happy.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

They are very helpful. Infact they only suggested me in this college. As my JEE score was not that good and do not wanted to take drop year, they suggested me this college for BCA+MCA which in equivalent to B.TECH.

Admission

Admission is based on 12th marks of respective boards. Merit is published. Short_listed candidates get admission. Forms are available in May. From mid June 1st list starts coming. Then 2nd list. And so on. Untill 100 seats of boys and that of girls are filled.

Faculty

Faculties here are good. Some are good but a few are not that good. They just come and do time pass. Some students do not like them. But this is not so with me. I like and respect all the teachers here.

The real MCR

Likes

Infrastructre it would be the best .in the govt. College in ranchi
Teachers , well qualified intellctual and knowledgable
Extra curriculum activities are also good

Dislikes

Discipline , college should work on the descipline
Lecture not attended timely so that student faced difficulties on syllabus
Behaviour of teachers towards student somebodies are very good but some teachers egostic or a misbehaving towards student

Its very good xyrriculum of our college our college marwari college gives the placement drive so that student xan easily earn their first income of our life. Our college also movement through different projexta so that we can understand the motive of our course.

My College, My second hoem

Likes

A big campus and an ever resonating campus life
Excellent and helpful faculty members with deep knowledge in their subjects
High quality computer labs along with a supercomputer

Dislikes

Hostel food service, quality and hygiene
Slow and stammering WIFI connection which also gets lost sometimes
A little unhygienic and sometimes not well cleaned washrooms

Placement Experience:

From 9 th semester onwards students of our branch become eligible for campus placements. Companies like VISA, Microsoft come there with lucrative offers. The highest and avarge package are quite impressive. The highest package is nearly 50 lakhs while the average is nearly 12 lakhs. Nearly 50-60 percent of students get placed with some getting multiple offers. After getting degree I am planning to secure a good job through campus placements.

"Not the best, But Not the Worst Either"

Likes

Exams are conducted in proper manner no unfair means. And paper is completely related to the syllabus
Syllabus is designed very good. It's a B.Tech level syllabus in BCA so its good that we are very much advanced as compared to other college and university.
Timely semester ends. 6 months syllabus is completed in 4.5 months so its a good point that you are on time.

Dislikes

Campus is very limited. Only college building that too with 15 classroom and only a parking space in the name of campus.
There is no extra co-curricular activities in our campus. Only attend classes from 9 to 5 and go back home that the college life which you get here in bit lalpur.
There is no coed. The biggest disadvantage which I felt. The college life is really boring for us. There is nothing to entertain us. No fun, I feel like a trap being in this campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college was good before COVID but after covid not that much good. In my batch out of 150 students only 2 student got their placement. Since we are in 5th semester so we are hoping to get more placement opportunities from various companies. The top companies who visit out campus are: 1. Infosys 2. LIC Private Ltd. 3. Tata Consultancy Ltd. 4. Accenture India 5. HCL and many more are yet to come.

Likes

Food facilities of canteen and price is also very affordable
Sports section of our college is best because it have almost all indoor and outdoor games
Transport facilities because it have many busses which goes everywhere in ranchi

Placement Experience:

in bca students get placement from 5th sem and in btech students get placement from 7th sem and companies like tcs, Wipro, Infosys and many more. My plans are to become a software developer after completing my course ..

Likes

The College Study Expenses is quite affordable even for lower middle class student.
The faculties are quite experienced with a exciting way to make students learn.
The college provides various courses on UG or PG level like arts humanities, Sciences, Commerce Computer Applications Business Applications.

Dislikes

The Placement records are not good enough.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college is not that good, or we can say it is left on to students. Very few student get the placement offers or the internship opportunites. Only we can say about 105 of the students get placed. The highest salary package was around 5 LPA and the minimum offerd was 2 LPA. Some of the Top compaies visiting our campus involves TCS Cognizant and Accenture.

A good college for a student who is from not so good background.

Likes

Campus is nice, good in hygiene terms. A lot of plants and trees are plated in the campus garden. Classes are very nice and air conditioned.
Response of teachers are very nice. They really work hard for the students. They assists us in all fields.
College security and safety guards are very effective.

Dislikes

College is very far from main road. And the college surrounding is not good.
There are useless rules are ment for the students.
Fines are very high and there is no exemption in fine.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered to students who are in their final year. Capable students can easily crack the placement. A decent package is provided of an average of 2-3 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered is about 7LPA. Many different companies visit the college during the placement period offering a good package. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, puma, ceat, Flipkart, etc visit the college for placement. At least 70-78% of students get placed and a rapid improvement is seen in the placement graph of the college.

Good college good faculty

Remarks:

All the staffs including gatekeeper or cleaning staffs are vert friendly and helpful. Once i entered the college first time i was bit confused about going to principal office but one of the gatekeeper came to me and he shows me thepath very politely. I love my college everything is very good in the college.

Good college

Remarks:

University is good in all forms from fresher's to farewell but to some extent it lacks in placement as you have to really work hard if you want to get into a named company. Else it is good in providing knowledge, sorting out the problems and many more.

ABOUT BBA BCA COURSE STRUCTURE

In jharkhand, BIT MESRA is the only college that have a goodwill and reputation that's why I have choose this college over other colleges and I have not given any kind of other exam for any other college . I only filled a form of BIT MESRA and got admission I was not interested in any other colleges.
