Remarks

No negative remarks, about my college because they give all our requirements and we all are very satisfied. Good infrastructures, good activities, good teaching, good labs, good sports-related events.

Course Curriculum Overview

The exam structure is good because it is affiliated with anna university.it is no.1 in Tamilnadu, and the way of teaching is very good. I am lucky to be in this college. There are 4 years and 8 semesters and different exams for all the departments

it was very good in my college because every semester we all are going on industrial visits and we learn a lot. Our college also provides the internship for every semester. and also our college placement is very good because every year so many companies and organizations come to our college and they recruit every year. the overall experience was very wonderful.

College Events

Many events like symposium, cultural, chemfest, sports day, integration function, Diwali celebration, Pongal celebration, teachers day celebration and clubs like NSS. Sports like cricket, volleyball, throwball.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is based on marks, caste, merit. Two types of admissions are management and counseling.

Fees and Financial Aid

The loan facility is very good and scholarship also. The government provides a scholarship for backward class students, and loans are also provided by the bank.

Campus Life

My college conducts every year sports day, and weekly one time P.E.T hour. They conduct volleyball coaching and cricket coaching. In cultural time they conduct so many games and fun elements, dancing, singing.

Hostel Facilities

My college hostel is very good. The rooms and food are very good and very comfortable like a home.

External Expense: More Than Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna

The Alumni network is good in my college and it was very useful and helpful. Senior students help us.

Admission

I visited the college and I saw good infrastructure in this college. I filled out the admission form, and I choose the ECE department then I pay the fees.

Faculty

they are very professional. And the way of teaching is very good. They care for our future and want our co-operation. They motivate us and teaching techniques are very useful for us when we doubt any topic they are clear the topic with practically.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas.My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

I applied for Shiv Nadar University, I wrote my exams but the fee was not affordable and it was long distance. But Tagore was affordable and its under Anna University so it's quite good when compared to others with all facilities.
