Remarks

The good remark of this college is very peaceful and taking a large surface area but its infrastructure not so very well good.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Our opinion is a good autonomous college in Madhya Pradesh and exam structure is subject written. It provides many books for studying. B.tech in the course of skill and logic and important interests. Btech is a four year course (8 semesters) and its college exam conducts self fully.

Placement Experience

3.5

Every year almost 75% of students get placement. The average package goes around 3.5-4 Lacs, talking about the highest package as much I know it was around 9 Lacs offered by Amazon, the lowest package is probably around 3 Lacs, companies like TCS, Infosys are the recruiters. The internship program is getting good day by day or faculty members keeps us updated for internship program from different places.

College Events

2.5

Ujjain engineering colleges conduct many events. Like:- Holi celebration, Diwali Celebration, Nukkad Natak, FIAT, Rudraksha, Garba Celebration, Sundar kand, annual functions, state-level cricket tournament between various colleges, Vishwakarma Jayanti and many other exciting events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

If you belong to a low middle-class family and want quality in your higher studies then this college is perfect for you. The first-year fees of this college are 24,751. Placements are also fine, avg. The package is around 3.5 lacs per annum. Subjects are taught and explained by highly qualified faculties and Ph.D. scholars which Will help you in preparation for competitive exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, I have opted for the scholarship by mp Government website mpscholarshipportal.nic.in. MP government provides approx 20 to 30 thousand rupees of scholarship.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities are sufficient in Ujjain Engineering College. Sports are not an insufficient amount. Here a good lab facility and experiences lab faculty because this college is a very old college and still manages all equipment and lab & project etc.

Hostel Facilities

The college has a Boys Hostel near its campus having four independent blocks to accommodate students who come from the different parts of Gujarat and from other states. The Boys Hostel has provision for accommodation for around 444 students in 148 rooms across various semesters.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, senior students are very helpful they also feel proud to study this college and its alumni is the higher stage. Most of the event is conducted under the senior students.

Admission

Firstly I have qualified to jee main and to apply MPDTE (Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Technical Education). The admissions in the Under Graduate (UG) program are done through centralized online counseling organized by the Directorate of Technical Education, Department of Technical Education and Skill Development, Government of Madhya Pradesh. According to my jee main rank, I got this engineering college.

Faculty

2.5

The faculty of our college quiet best like any other private college, semi-government, government college. The faculty of our college is very well qualified. Our college provides the best teaching curriculum and it is the best thing that you will get from any other colleges.

Canteen not..much but I likes this average

Dislikes

Placement their is no placement or limit placement only 2-3LPA
Bus Facility their Very poor bus facilities
Labs their labs computer are not working properly

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the curriculum around 5 or 6 out of 10. i chose this course mainly because of the computer and coding subjects. the syllabus is mostly theory based and many topics are not very useful for current industry needs. practical classes and real projects are also limited. more coding, projects and updated technologies should be added. exams are frequent during the semester and the difficulty is mostly average but sometimes checking feels strict.

Admission process to Uec is done through jee score through mpdte counselling. Once you are allotted a seat here you need to physically visit the college in 3 days of time and confirm your admission. It's a very easy and quick process. Cutoff scores through jee depends branch to branch. For Cse, Ece you need 80+ percentile and for the lower branches like chem, civil you can get them at even 20-60 percentile. The other college i got into was MITS GWALIOR i was getting ece there but based on the city and moving out process didn't work out as I'm a ujjain resident so uec was local for me.
