Till 2016 college was in wrost situation, no faculty, no labs, alot of ragging but when TEQUIP3 hired new professors and provided alot of lab equipment and other financial help situations get better. There is zero ragging issue now.
The college is administrative autonomous but due to leak of faculties, it is attached with Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalay. The curriculum is good and sufficient, all the subjects are decided by RGPV.
College sponsor all. Kind of training and internship a student wants. All he need to do is to brought the receipt and all fee will be refunded. In terms of placement there were no any placement cell earlier but now situations are getting better, a cell is established and last year 56 students get placed out of 200.

As it is a state government engineering college The annual fee for BE/ BTech is 24000. And for TWF students it is 2500. So fee is very feasible. There is no any other fee, and also there are lot of scholarships.
Since it is state government engineering college, so it doesn't offer any loan, but it offers many central government and state government scholarships, criteria is that you must attain 80% in 12th and family income must be less than 5 lakhs.
After the implementation of world bank project TEQUIP3, all the departments, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering and Electronics and Communication engineering has all the lab equipment.
If you are from outside rewa, then hostel will provide priority for you. Hostels are good, food and cleanliness is good. There two hostels for boys and two hostels for girls. Food quality is good and fee is very less approximately 8000 per year.

I had taken JEE Mains 2016 and got 75 marks, at that time there was a rule to add 60% jee marks and 40% boards marks so by this i got AIR 202865 and got admitted at REC. In beginning I got the ECE branch but later through Internal branch changing I get Mechanical Engineering.
During 2016, there was less faculties in college, but after the implementation of world bank project TEQUIP3 the college got the quality professors. Now classes are regular and quality of teaching is so good.
From the 7th sem, students take part in placements. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cap Gemini, Oxygen, L&T, Accenture etc. visit the college. Overall 10-15 companies visit every year. For IP, only IT companies and consultancy companies visit the most. Out of 90 approx 30% get placed usually but exceptions are there as per the situations like recession or covid. The IT companies recruit in bulk and another hire specific no. and branch. The highest was offered 8 lakh. There is NCC unit MP4CTR so anyone trying to CDS and other defence services can take an opportunity from there. Also, there is an encouragement given for GATE and free lectures are arranged by experts for the needfuls. I had planned for higher studies and thus started doing MTech from NIT Kurukshetra.
I chose IES IPS Academy Because it is the best college for Fire and Safety Engineering in the entire Madhya Pradesh state. The good aspects include strictness for maintaining proper attendence and percentage. The bad aspects includes there's no seperate focus on students.
There are no procedure whatsoever for admission. No GDPI, NO Interview. There is a test that you have to go through that is Jee Mains and you will get admission on the numbers. Also the 12th class percentage had some weitage in 2016. And you were required above average percentage to get admission.
If college will improvise the college placement ratio than that would be very helpful for all the students studying there.
I have 60% above percentage in my 12th class so I was eligible to get admission in that college. The college is closer to my home also that's why I opted for that college. They took photocopy of all valid documents and first instalment of fee. they have there own bus facility and hostel as well which is suitable to all.
The overall atmosphere of the college is very fantacstic one will love to go to college all the time. The management of the college is also not bad. All the faculty, staff are very helpul to the students. One must in their life need to visit this college for an event or any other purpose. Last but not the least the canteen of the college is very yummyy.

Got this college during counselling, it had good value for education at that time. Actually, I got confused by the name of the college as there were 3 colleges in Bhopal by the same name. So I have taken recently opened one by mistake. But ultimately it was a good decision.
The college management is really good and amazing support of faculties.
