Remarks

Positive remarks-hostel facility, some extra class for some entrance examination, some good teacher and course fee is not expensive and negative remarks-there was no placements and job option which is offered through this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

In my opinion the course and syllabus is good in my college but It would be better on basis of all entrance exam such as NET, TIFR so on. That time exam structure was yearly basis it means In a year one final exam is held on basis of syllabus of that year

Placement Experience

0.5

In this way my college is not good. There is no such placements and job opportunities. No, there is no such internship. So I have no such experiences and stipend. So now I have no words to write about this tropic.

College Events

3

There ware so many events which have celebrated in my college. First one event was celebrated to welcome new student in that college. Then this event also celebrate every individual department. Then on 5th Sept teacher's day was celebrated. Then also farewell event

Fee Structure And Facilities

I think the fee structure was very feasible. Every year there was two type of fee one is admission fee another was the exam form fill up fee. Admission fee was nearly Rs 300-400 and examination form fill up fee was nearly Rs.1800 and this amount was less for the arts subject

Fees and Financial Aid

Directly there was no such scholarship or loan facility which is offered by the college but with my yearly result we can apply for scholarship which is offered by my state govt. This amount was nearly 10K

Campus Life

2.5

Yes there was some labs for experiment specially for science subject such as physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology. And some sports such as football, volleyball , cricket, Carrom, table tennis and so on

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is very good in this college and senior students are very helpful to junior in every perspective. In my experience sometimes I took help for admission process and many times I took help for my subject

Admission

After completing the 12 standard, we had applied for that college with 12 standard marks then after some days college published the merit list with the basis of the marks then I got the admission on a pre scheduled counseling date. The counseling procedure was a offline process that means on a fixed pre scheduled date all students had to come the college premisses and they will call one by one name if someone is not present at this time then he or she will be unable to get the admission

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of my college was not so good. But overall it was good. Mainly two professor was so good in their concept of subject as well as their experience. sometimes they used to take some special class for entrance exam.

Placement Experience:

People who major in my department usually opt for masters over placement not because of this college but because overall industrial or academic opportunities are better with a pg degree. Masters from this college is not recommended as i have heard so from my seniors. Some of my seniors managed to crack competitives and secure MSc seats at great places. Training and Placement cell had a good coordinator previously but now its almost non existent. Companies do come and hire Bpharm, Mpharm and MSc candidates. Packages are below average. Only Nestle pays well. But if you do well you'll eventually climb up the corportate ladder. From the time i am here i have not heard of any BSc candidate getting placed. Most go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered for such roles ranges between ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package offered to a BSc student is around ?4 LPA, depending on skills and specialization. Overall, around 15–20% of BSc students get placed through campus drives, and many students rely on off-campus opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very relevant as it provides us an overall knowledge of biology and not dividing it into various sections rather giving us an insight of every aspect of biology. It includes everything such as microbiology, zoology, botany, physiology, molecular biology and so on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was well thought out as per me but there were subjects that i found absolutely unnecessary. Subjects like history evs and clc were in no way related to my course. Coming to the main subjects Design, Printing, Photography and film and Media Training were absolutely necessary for my course and whilst the faculty for some of these subjects were really bad, some were good. It is also important to mention none of these subjects actually helped us prepare for the real world. Instead internships and freelance helped us more than these subjects could ever do. Exams were held bi monthly to keep track of what we learnt and every 6 months we had our semester exams. Overall if you want to be a media professional INTERNSHIPS AND JOBS WILL HELP YOU MORE THAN A COLLEGE WILL. I am biased on this opinion as my college didnt provide me with the correct guidance and support i needed to make it in the real world.

Placement Experience:

In case of computer science department, placement is provided at the Last year of M.sc course. Many companies like Wipro, b10x, Tata visited here. Highest package ever is three lakh per annum. 20-40% of the students got placement after completing M.Sc computer science. My plan after B.sc is to pursue MCA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

* It's all about practical knowledge, we are getting from this course and another aspect is if you wants to make your career in research or lecturer then you should go for it. *No changes required in teaching methods but if college will provide hostel facilities and campus requirement drive, then it will better for candidates.
