Remarks

As compared to all the other colleges in the entire district, our college is the face of scientific and educational development. The teachers and the students form a strong pillar of the college and help each others in their times of need.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is well defined and suited for students wanting to pursue masters in theoretical fields. Practicals do take place but they are not given as much importance as theory. Our course is of 3 years comprising 6 semesters. We have 2 mid semesters of 15 and the average marks out of 15 is added to cgpa. We have theory exams of 60 marks and the rest 25 consists of our project, viva and practical.

Placement Experience

2

Our college is an autonomous instituition funded by the government. Our college boasts of innumerable talents and budding students but unfortunately we haven't been recognized as much by the placement companies. On campus placements happen once in around 3 to 4 years.

College Events

4

Freshers meet- where we welcome the newcomers and host a welcome for them. National seminars and workshops. Where eminent scientists and educationists visit our college and encourage our students and discuss the recent developments in the field of science and technology. Annual literary competition Annual sports meet Annual debate and elocution Annual spring Festival Department farewell meet.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As it is funded primarily by the state government, the fee structure is really affordable and mostly consists of a minimal admission fee collected at the beginning of every odd semester and examination fee collected before every semester end exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't think anyone would go for study loan as the fee structure is really affordable by the students and students who are too economically weak are availed the scholarship by the chief minister of our state.

Campus Life

3.5

The sports facilities are good but might need some improvements. The labs have really good technology and equipments as per the need of the students in the college. The principal really supports the all round development of students and focuses on multiple extra curricular competitions.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni of our college are very well established and help the students that are currently in the college. They always strive to take the college to greater heights and the seniors welcome their juniors with open arms and heart and guide them really well and slowly the entire department becomes a close knit family.

Admission

We had to fill up the admission form and got our documents verified. We received our admission letter through mail and our degree course according to our preference and then we had to go to the college for admission.

Faculty

4

Really helpful and frank. Always encouraging us to pursue our dreams with passion and vigor. They give specific attention to every student and focus broadly on clearing our syllabus rather than just hustling about completing our syllabus.

The curriculum includes the real projects which help learn more practically. It would had been better to have more site and industrial visits and export sessions to learn better. The exams are not so difficulty to score.

I would rate 5 out of 5 to this course curriculum in terms of relevance and Comolrehesiveness. As most of the student know there are 2 semester in a year and also 2 mid semesters. I think the difficulty level depend on student.
