Remarks

Up to me there are negative remarks about my college.Coming to positive remarks,one of the best college in Andhra Pradesh to gain the engineering degree.Our college environment, faculty, infrastructure,labs, especially faculty everything is best.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college is jntuk affiliated but autonomous in course curriculum.Our college follow the separate course curriculum inorder to get students know about modern subjects.Coming to exam structure,exams are conducted with in the college.

Placement Experience

Placements in our college is very good and placement statistics are increasing year by year.So many product based and device based companies visit about college and intake students.Our college doesn't provide any internships.

College Events

Coming to talk about events,our college is not lesser than any University in organising events.Every year fest is conducted per each branch and annual day is celebrated in March on very high note with excellent snacks and dinner.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible in our college.For merit, government provide fee reimbursement.Those merit students need to pay building fee which is around 10000 only.For other students,the fee is 95000 per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college,there is more scope to get scholarships for students.For merit students there is scholarships called NSP,NSF etc.For girl students there is separate scholarships and the college helps them to apply to scholarships and avail the same.

Campus Life

Coming to extra curricular activities,our college stands in goop position compared to other colleges.Because the clubs like ISTE,ACE etc conduct technical events,coding challenges, photography contents,sports,indoor games etc.The winners could get cash rewards and ceritification for thier achievement.

Hostel Facilities

For hostellrs,our college provide separate boys and girls hostel.College hostel fee is 60000 per year for non AC.For AC hostel the fee is about 70000.The hostel infrastructure is very good with nice environment and nice beds and cupboards.They provide hot water, Wi-Fi etc.Food is also good.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

There is a strong alumni network in our college.There is a separate alumni block in the college.Our senior students are in different fields.They all really helping the college in excellent way.They raise funds for the college purpose.With their help our college build I-HUB which is very helpful for students.And they help even in conducting events.

Admission

I got the admission through entrance exam called EAMCET.After counselling I got admission in my college.As per my EAMCET rank I got admission in computer science.After certificate verification,I submitted the joining report and rank card of entrance exam.I joined this college in this admission process which is very simple

Our faculty consists of all ages groups.All faculty have done higher studies in thier own subject.Experience of the senior faculty and the modern knowledge of the young faculty always ensure us to know about the subject more than marks.

My experience at Vignan's Institute Of Information Technology

Likes

The college have good learning environment. We have spacious classrooms with digital boards and pc, multiple playgrounds, seminar halls,digital labs etc.I like the digital labs because we gain our pratical experience.
we have a central library which has digital library in it. In exams most of the time i will spent in library. Because it has peaceful environment. The rules of library is also good. We need to swip our id to enter the library.
The next thing i like in my college is the temple. We have a temple in our college. in our free time, we spent our time at temple. And the most important thing is the college try very hard to get the students placed in reputated company.

Dislikes

Main drawback of our college is, we have only small canteen. Everyone doesnot like it. sometimes we need to eat our food by standing due to less number of tables but the food is good.
we have food court and canteen, these two are small. But our college looked into this. Now constructing the big one.
Other than these things. I donot have any things i donot like about my college. The college road is not good to our college but now our college sloving this issue also.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college is very good. We have excellent training placement cell. The faculty of the placement cell are very supportive and friendly with the students. They use their network to bring the reputated companies to the campus. The maintain the well bond with the companies. around 90% of the students are placed every year from every branch. Remaing 10% students are may be with blocks or any some other reasons. If the student doesnot get any placement in the campus, the campus offers the some jobs to the students.

Likes

I like the infrastructure of my university
College life is very good and there will be no stress
The Teaching and non teaching staffs are very good and supportive

Dislikes

The thing I disliked is the timings of the classes
Another thing is to travel for long time if you are local

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the circulam 10 out of 10 because in our cirrculum we will learing skills like dbms, full stack which will we useful in our placements. we have two mid examinations first 50% of the syllabus will be on mid1, another 50% will be mid2 and one semeter end exam.

A College Boy Story

Likes

I like the support from the faculty and they support us in every work and task
they provide the internships more and more from the prestiougus institutes
the campus is good and the infastructure is very well

Dislikes

the food at the canteen is wrost as excepected but now it better sometimes
the faculty is less expirenced it is some most one that i dislikes
the fee structure for the students is more thinh i disliked they make more stress

Placement Experience:

form the semester of 3rd year and 2nd semester and our college contains amazon , wipro , infosys , accenture , cummins , tech mahindra , cred are so many startups and the highest package is 45lpa and the average is 4 lpa per person

Likes

Very disciplined college, rules are very strict in shirt tuck shoes mandatory for boys along with id card.
Other activities like functions,events participations is good
Infrastructure and maintenance is very good

Dislikes

They will ask you to pay full fee before government disperse the amount
Barely communicate between opposite genders due to strict rules
Placements from past year is not up to the mark

Actually for every 6 months we have to complete one semester,due to Covid in our batch time we completed the course quite fast,after Covid the classes are done according to the time and we also participate multiple hackathon to represent out ideas and some skill oriented programming organisations

The aspects i liked the college that appreciated by the environment of greenery and calm environment
Most of the faculties are Doctorate holders and experienced
The quality infrastructure should be good and it is rated as A+ by the NAAC

Environment is too good at feet of Lord Balaji and it is free from pollution having a 100 acre campus in Sheshachala Foresf
Location Of SVU is just 3 km from Tirupati Railwaystation and can go to any place in Karnataka/Tamil Nadu/Kerala/.. As RU is Railway junction every train passes by and well connected Place

Ambience is becoming worst day by day as Cutoff is decreasing and you get very poor Alumni assocaition and Like minded people to develop
NIRF rank drastically falling down year by year due to its poor perfomance in academics, as Politics are involved
Infrastructure is Very bad and no one take care about hostels and College premises

Placement Experience:

Campus Placement are Really really worst!!! Everybody here forgot about placements as there are very megre placements take place. If you just want College Placement-DOBOT JOIN THIS COLLEGE. The management is trying to improve Placements and hope better will take place

Iam apply while EAMCET councling Jntu,anits, Gayathri, GMRIT,VR siddhartha,SVU college,srkr and some others colleges.I got ECE branch in VR siddartha engineering college in viziawada.But I want cse branch then I select choose srkr over for comparing my rankwise.The university like Jntu,Au,SVU,VR siddhartha etc I was not selected in councling by considering reservation and EAMCET rank factors.They informed message in college portal and other websites like EAMCET councling schedules.First they check the certificate like 10th and intermediate ,caste ,date of birth, adhar card, ration card and so on was asked for admission in our college after that if you are eligible for vidyadevana no need to pay fees but management students must pay minimum 20k to 30k at joining of college.The cutoff marks for our cse branch is max 7kin1st councling....Read More
