Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The Course curriculum for BA in Economics is same as other colleges. It is a three years course with six semesters in total and each semseter a minimum of 65 percent attendance is mandatory and 40 percent marks is needed to pass the examination

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees sturucture is very low it is around 15 thousand for three years which is by far the most cheapest BA degree in our state. it is good for the value. Students with less budget must consider this college before applying in expensive colleges and later regretting it

Admission

The admission of this college is wholly based on the academic performance of the student in the 12th boards. I had scored a decent marks in my board exams and i had applied for this college and after the first merit list were out, i got the the admission

Faculty

The faculty of this college is good. They are quite friendly with us and we share a great bond with them. They help us during our assingments and examinations. They help us in project making and guide us in every possible way

Likes

Internship opportunities provided to students during their fifth semester
Friendly attitude of the professors and staff of the department
Hybrid education which combines both offline and online approach

Dislikes

Absence of a 24/7 Library, opens only from 9am to 6pm
Absence of an all-round WiFi network in the University, frequently breaks down
Hostel food is not much good, mess ignores food safety guidelines

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is good, however, sometimes one may find the course to be slightly difficult, but the faculty makes up for it, as they're extremely capable of making students understand such concepts.

Likes

Teachers and other staff are very helpful
Hostel and food is very good. Cleanliness is a top priority.
Environment is great flr doing riyaz and practice

Dislikes

Placements are not enough for the students
The university is 43km away from railway station.
Situated in a semi rural area. For some it might be simplicity, for some it might be discomfort. Personally i like the Simplicity.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that great. Most of the students opt to become professional or freelance artist. I cleared Net jrf thus I would like to pursue phd in music. If someone works hard they can make a great future in this field.
