Remarks
Hostel food and wi fi very poor. Some hostel (zakir, shivalik ) are very good others are bad. Except them all other hostel's room are counjusted. Bad food is in all the hostels. 1 positive thing is they also give snacks with tea in the eveing.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very good they give very good knowledge about over field. And cover all the necessary area's of over course. There are 2 M.S.T's and 1 final exam in every semester. M.S.T marks are added in final result.
Placement Experience
Placements are very good but due to so much competition of Cgc Landran and Cgc Jhanjari Opportunities are less. Ass these college students also compete with us for the same job.over all you have work very hard to grab the job in this competition
College Events
All events festivals are celebrated in CU. More over fresher, CU fest and other movies promotional events are organised in Chandigarh university. Many star's has came to CU for there movie promotion.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible. They have less fee compared to other big private universities. The kind of infrastructure they is good and the facilities they provide are worth for money. The fee is worth It.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship for sports and studious students are there in university. Also bank study loan are also provided from college but they take high interest rate on the loan. They Also provide scholarship to ST SC belonging to Punjab.
Campus Life
There are conjusted labs in some blocks (11,12,13) but otherwise all thing is good sports , lab, infrastructure every thing is good. Sports events are organised time to time. Labs are conducted almost daily
Hostel Facilities
I am staying in hostel for 3 year. The hostel food is very bad. The break fast is worst. If you eat it for regular 1 week you would have constipation for other 1 week. The hostel wi fi is so poor. They only open guiser after diwali for only 7-9 in morning and same time in evening. Only 1 guiser for 4 bath room. Guess how many people could take bath in that.
Alumni/Alumna
It depends from person to person. Some are and some are not. It depends on both senior and the junior are they interested to friends or not. Otherwise all students minds there own business here and that's a good thing.
Admission
Create account on www.cuchd.in , college will call you and explain all the process and help you in taking admission. They guide you in all the admission process or else they have there office in many cities check the near by office and visit there. You can take admission through those office's also.
Faculty
Some faculty is good , those who are old once's. Else there are new young teacher those don't experience at all and also themself's studying in C.U doing there phd's. So over all faculty is average neither very good neither bad
