Remarks
The college is situated in a rural area and is very difficult to reach the college. One of the major drawback is non availability of Men's hostel. The college campus gives a great ambience to study and enjoy college life.
Course Curriculum Overview
This college is under Kalam Technological University. Its a 4 year Course consisting of 8 semesters , 2 semesters per year. Each semester consists of 6 courses or subjects. You need a minimum of 75% attendance and internal mark of 23 to qualify for writing the semester exam for each subject.
Placement Experience
The college owns a placement cell which is inactive most of the time. Job opportunities provided by the college is very poor. The companies rarely comes to college for capmus placements. The college doesn't provide any internships.
College Events
The Quasao Liberum is the Techno Cultural Event that takes place every year in the college. It's an awesome event where there is equal importance for both technical and cultural programs. The Cultural programs includes department wise onstage and offstage competitions. Technical programs like robowar, code debugging , etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is a feasible one. The students who got admission in Merit seat has to pay an amount of 35,000 as tution fee every year and those who got admission in management seat has to pay an amount of 65,000 every year. The students have to pay exam fee separately during exam registration.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college is under Co-operative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE). CAPE provides scholarship for those students who have an annual family income of one lakh. The college doesn't provide anymore scholarships.
Campus Life
The college doesn't have a playing ground. It's a major drawback which is effecting the extracurricular activities like sports. The labs in the college are adequate and consists of good equipments which are properly maintained.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumini association is very active in the college. The association has contributed basketball court, parking lot and now proposed giving an auditorium for the college. The senior students are very helpful and friendly. Its a ragging free campus.
Admission
Need to qualify th kerala entrance examination(KEAM) to get admission in merit/management seat. After qualifying Kerala Entrance Examination , i opted civil engineering course in this college during option registration of colleges you wish to study. After the allotments i got admission here. You need to submit original certificates like 10th qualification, 12 qualification and other documents in original as mentioned in the CEE Kerala site
Faculty
This college consists of 7 Under Graduate departments and one Post Graduate Department. The faculties are of Minimum M.tech qualified. The teaching faculties are well qualified and experienced. Great teaching skills and supportive behaviour.
