The college is really providing quality education to students in the North karanantaka region. It is one of the finest college there. But it lacks placement opportunities. Otherwise it's the best college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Since the college is Autonomous the course curriculum gets revised for 3 years according to technology which really helps students to update with latest technology. Exams are conducted within colllege. There will be an internal (IA)assessment which consists of three internal tests. And at the end of the semester there will be a session ending examination (SEE). In order to qualify for SEE a candidate should score minimum marks set for IA. For the final result 50% of IA and50% of SEE will be considered and results will be given as grade points.
Placement Experience
No, the college does not provide internship. Placement and job opportunities are not that because because the college is situated in Hyderabad karanantaka region which does not have IT industry. Though placement statistics is increasing slowly. The placement officers are putting great efforts to place the students by providing various kinds of training and by conducting seminars.
College Events
The college celebrates cultural festival every year and it is called NIRMAN. The events lasts for 3-4 days and has various fun activities. It includes DJ night, concerts by recognized personalities. It also includes Fashion show and various cultural and sports activities. It provides an platform to showcase the talent
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is very feasible if you get through entrance exam. It will be less than 40 thousand per year. If you get admission through management quota the fees structure will be expensive. Depending upon various specialization the fees structure for management quota varies.
Fees and Financial Aid
I had got scholarship for all the four academic years. The scholarship is provided to all the students of college irrespective of caste and merit. A candidate needs to apply for the scholarship online and all his documents are verified. And candidate is awarded scholarship.
Campus Life
Labs are very well equipped. The college has a separate building called SAC for all the extra curricular activities wherein they conduct all the functions and internal sports activities. It also has a gym and a cricket play ground.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is really very strong. Seniors are very helpful. There is a Facebook page and Facebook group of the college wherein most of the alumnis are actively present and actively participate in the group conversation.
Admission
I got admission to this college through K-CET. The admission process includes an written examination having objective type questions. Once a candidate is qualified he is assigned a rank. After results are declared depending upon the rankings document verification is done followed by option entry wherein candidates need to opt for the desired college with specification. Depending of the rankings and seat availability, seat allotment is done. Once a candidate is alloted a seat he needs to pay the kcet fees and confirm the admission. Candidate will get a admission order after payment of fees. Candidate should report to the alloted college along with original documents and 5 photocopies of documents and pay the building fund. Candidate needs to fill the college admission form and submit original and photo copy of admission. Here admission process is completed.
Faculty
The faculty is very much experienced. Most of the professors have 20+ years of experience. And majority of them are qualified from IIT's and NIT's. Hence faculty is technically very strong. They explain concepts with best and real time examples which makes learning easy.
