Remarks

The college is located in a high altitude area it has a beautiful atmosphere.The college is also having a common transportation like college was which everyone in the college yourself and the bank sure that it should end up getting proper seat and the safety measures of these College bus are inspected regularly

Course Curriculum Overview

there are 4 main courses offered in b tech college.we have two internal exam ,which we have to qualify with 45%mark then if you have 75% attendance and you qualify, the internal exams you can write the common semester exam

Placement Experience

The college candidates internships and provides placement at a regular intervals they have almost 32 companies coming over each year. The teachers and the faculty train the students to achieve or pass through the qualification process to attend the placements ,the one off the main criteria to be selected in the placement is that you must not have any back paper.

There are various events conducted in the college each year and they include tech fest which is done by all the branches in the college we have arts we have sports day.Arts usually take place in two days sports are done in one day and the tech fest include each branch demonstrating about what the students Are capable about presenting the ideas with what they have learnt in the college and they can also demonstrate any start-up ideas or any development in existing technology

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure in the college is feasible it is divided into two mainly it is calculated by whether the student has gone through or got admission in the college by management quota of merit quota in management quota the students are requested to pay about 50,000 Indian rupees and in merit quota it was almost about 8000 Indian rupees and apart from this we have an NRI quota which for the students coming from outside the country they had to pay an amount of almost 1,00,000

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers scholarships for backward caste schedule caste children and the management of the college also provides free education for selected students who have a bad background of financial.And there are other scholarship programmes for OBC that is other backward caste

Campus Life

The college is doing a great work in supporting students to encourage their other skills other than studies like sports and language skills demonstrating start-up ideas and et cetera the college has an IED C club which encourage students for start-up ideas and the colleges also having a sports club arts club magazine club and so on

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students in the college a great and wonderful support the junior students in every way they help the students by providing proper guidance to go through the examinations they support the junior students by also giving reference books notes and some other helps

Admission

through KEAM entrance examination.we have to qualify with atleast 10 marks to get admission in the college and that too through management quota.If you score more then the college has minimum mark margin then you can go for merit seat

Faculty

the college has a good faculty.the teachers are well qualified and trained ,they are ready to help you any time in studies.The non teaching staff are well behaved and Disciplined and they do their work properly

Good life memory

Likes

College ambience was too attractive. Friendly atmosphere ആൻഡ് very nice hidden spots and food spots inside the college
The faculty was too supportive and encouragive nature that was also in studies and extra curricular activities also that be very kind of them
There is not only aim to study but also encourage the extra activities. The management was also very supportive to students and also the faculties.

Dislikes

There is very strict to attendence. There was not to bunk the class every hour there will take the attendence and there will be absent they autimaticaly send sms to registerd phone
There is too many exams and assignments that will be little bit problem for students
Canteen facilities little bit bad in my college life time. There was not that much food veriety

Placement Experience:

From 6 th semester onwards campus placement taken. There was coming in bcs, infopark, wipro, etc. Companies are mainly appeared and also many other companies came select many students. The main companies take students in cutoff 8.5or9 cgpa. And some other compnies take students they have backpapers.

Likes

The overall environment here is great. Students coming from different backgrounds make us more capable of meeting new people who have different ideas and that makes things easier,apart from achieving technical greatness ,curtain clubs are here
These clubs gives opportunities to gain new skills and to showcase our existing skills, sports clubs are also present which will help improve skills in sports
Cultural clubs , technical clubs are also present here to aid in your interest

Placement Experience:

Upon reaching s7 students are invited for campus placement but they have to pass different criteria to become eligible for attending the interview, a minimum cgpa of 7.5 and academic skills a these are the basic requirements and an aptitude test will be given and in further selection these criteria are looked. I plan on pursuing a job after completing by btech. More than half the students in a batch are getting placed usually.

Likes

college provides nice venue good study environment
provide library facilities and lab facilities

It is so far from the main road a lot to walk

Students can get internships from First sem. Students become eligible from 7th sem for campus placement . The average package begins from 15000/- to most highest package of 25000/-. The percentage of students getting paced is 20-30%.I have been planiing to go to higher studies.

Campus, comparing from nearby college this college had good visual beauty may be because of the college been part 2-3 movies. Visually the college are too good with nature

Dislikes

The Placement is weak as there is no opportunity to get a proper core based job from what you studied mainly job opportunities come from call centres which doesnt require Btech to study. This personally felt too sad to be here to get placed in core.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As of the college comes under Ktu syllabus it has already has demerits of the university. Curriculum basically doesnot provide a realworld application uses. Just creates a knowledge on the course (and thats doubt) We need to courses outside the college to get the core jobs outside

The college provides a good atmosphere to truly get a job in the competetive world if we are willing to work for it.
They heavily monitor attendance to make sure that you take your classes so that you perform well in your exams
The facilities provided by the college are good as there are several labs and workshops for hands-on experience

Dislikes

The campus life can get boring and it feels like we are in a rat race.
Some teachers can be a bit apathetic towards the students.
The number events that encourage social interactions in not many

Placement Experience:

The students are elegible for campus placements from the 7th semester and almost all students get placements provided they don't have any subject yet to clear at the time of placement. There are several companies that visit the college for recruiting including but not limited to TCS, CTS,etc,.

The campus is a package pf greenery and the culteral events conducted there are good at the end
The faculties are good and maintain a decent teaching style
The sports activities are well maintained here

The hostel mess and the food is a bit not good from my opinion
The hostel doesn't have adequate wifi to accommodate the entire strength of students residing there

Yes the college is providing placement facilities and the College has its own placement and industrial relations wing that is said to study about the current industrial requirements and provide the adequate amount of training for the students

A brief overview of my 1 year experience in MDIT

I tried applying for mechanical engineering in KMCT engineering collage.But they told me that I had to wait for spot admission to apply but then I found out about MDIT and as soon as I called they told to come and I liked the collage and it's vibe so I decided to join MDIT and ditched my plan to join KMCT. The admission process was based on the KEAM 2020 examination. I got merit admission to MDIT Kozhikode.
