the negative is that there is many cameras placed. so the students privacy is lost. they now can't do stupid things as earlier. another negative is the introduction of uniform. the positive is that many programs are conducted.
The course is practical plus theory. mostly theory is there. it is a little tuff to study. many have failed. as the syllabus is semester oriented (6 months each) exam arrive quickly as internals, models and semester. Exam is hard to cheat. Invigilator plus an additional person from the exam cell will be there sometimes.

A lot of companies visit our college. I think almost 30 companies mainly for cse, mech, and electronics. Companies like Infosys, UST Global, IBM, Quest global, and so on. More students are placed in Infosys. The placement unit is good. Alumni referrals are not available. Entrepreneur cell is good and it costs 20k for a startup in our college.

I choose this college because this was the best college I was getting from my rank obtained in KEAM. I cleared the cutoff for this college in second round.Admission here are given on the basis of their rank of obtained in either KEAM(Kerala engineering architecture medical entrance test) or NATA.
Placement of this college decent. Every year they bring companies for campus placement drives many students get job offers from college placement drives. Some student get internship from college but mostly get the internship from outside.
The admission to the B.Arch course is on the basis of the NATA exam scores. The college conducts a Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). Out of the total number of seats, half of the seats are filled by CAP, while the rest of the seats are filled under management quota.
Industry Institute partnership cell (IIPC) was established in order to establish and enhance the relationship between the institute and the corporates. I have attended the entrance test for the above course. I found the B.Sc(Ag) course to be highly challenging to develop technological interventions for increasing productivity of crops in Kerala. The test was very impressing since I had made some preparations and I could succeed to score good score( third rank, don't remember the score) in it. No interview was there. The B.Sc (Ag) course was offered in Kerala only in the College of Agriculture, Vellayani, Thiruvananthapuram,Kerala
The students who have passed the B.Sc(Ag) course were placed as Junior Agricultural Officer on adhoc basis initially and later on selecetd by the Kerala Public . Service commision and posted on permanent basis in the Department of Agriculture.
