Remarks

college is good in many terms as it is well build infrastructure is very good and faculty is also caring and educated and helpful and environment of college is also good one negative remarks about college is that it is quite expensive

Course Curriculum Overview

There are two semester in one year and exam structure is like two internals and one external with practicals which is very beneficial as its helps in memorisation of what we have studied and also helps in increasing practical kmowledge

Placement Experience

A very good range of possibilities are available to students who wanted placements as college tries to give maximum placement and college also have tie ups from various companies every year a vast range of companies come to college in order to provide jobs

College Events

There are many events that our college organiese few examples are cultural fest and yuva fest DJ night celebrity nights organisation of sports events festival celebration freshers party farewell party and many others

Fee Structure And Facilities

fees is quite a bit expensive as it is a private college and it takes fees two times a year as it is semester based and fees covers all expenses of events which is carried out by college no other charges is taken

Fees and Financial Aid

actually I don't about this but I have listened that college provide quite a good range of scholarship to the students who deserve or need scholarship there are two quotas in college one is all india and other one is uttarakhand domicile

Campus Life

laboratories are BS level 1 and have a good range of equipments and let them avail for use of students to practical purposes and there are various activities and sports events which are held by college on national level and state level or college level

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are bit helpful and very understanding and alumni network is also quite good in terms of students and seniors helps juniors in organising activities and in notes or in studies and many more things

Admission

Apply for Admission, Attend counselling , Give interview, Then submit all documents and fees, After interview you will be asked about your interest in course and why you have selected this course after applying with registration fees make sure to attend the councelling

A very good faculty of teachers who are very good in conveying their things to students pretty well and staff is also well educated and pretty much helpful towards the students in need Their teaching skills are also powerful and they all are knowledgeable

My honest review of MBPG College

Likes

Being a government college the fees are very low and student friendly most teachers are knowledgeable supportive and clear in explanation focus on studies exam and all over all discipline
Open ground greenery and enough space to relax between classes decent collection of academic books and difference material
Easy to reach from different part of Haldwani lesson unnecessary pressure more focus on its education

Dislikes

Infrastructure is old type som building needs to get repair
Campus placement opportunity are very few from classroom slabs and building need renovation
Not many model amenties compared to private colleges office works can be slow

The curriculum follows kumaun University guidelines ensure standardization and recognition core subjects are well structured and concept curriculum should a include more practical exposure projects work and field work examination are conducted semester wise and generally twice year internal assessments include test assignments and practicals during the semester

Likes

Social life is good with feat happening around in college.
Wifi is provided in our building and the hostel.
Infrastructure of our new hostel and our labs is good

Dislikes

Teachers are qualified but the quality education is not good
Too much restriction on girls but boys are free to roam at night.
Mess food is just acceptable not that good.

Placement Experience:

For campus placement students need to be atleast in last or second last semester of the course. But for internship it's fine even if student is in 1st or 2nd yr. But most of teh students here decided to pursue master from here only and I still don't know have exact idea hown many students got placed in th companies.

Likes

They prioritize education and teaching more
Social interaction with others in college is appreciable
Lab is fully equipped for experiments or practicals

Dislikes

Campus of our college is not too good and small
Absence of ac in library and other needed areas
Quality of infrastructure of classes is little bit poor

Placement Experience:

When one enters the final semester they become eligible for campus placement and many companies offers and discusses with them. Companies such as IGL, Vib care pharma, AVANTOR and many others visits every year with offers.

Likes

I like the hostel security and there are no ragging
Good teachers and friendly. Helping us lot.
Good infrastructure and better environment..

Dislikes

Hostel food is not so good. Small hostel room

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester student are eligible for placement. There are various plywood industries and forest base non Timber industries and cricket industries. The highest average package is like 4.5 lakh per year.

Likes

I liked mostly the environment of my college. College. was situated in hills . So the peace , the environment, weather, education everything was perfect. The rooms , library, the field of our college
The education system of our college was good .I liked the most the education system every faculty was good and take responsibility of each students.the teaching was of faculty was superb . Every we understand easily. The also teach us on ppt .
Department of science,arts each department was available and a big auditorium for function parties was there. Each subject lab also there . lab instruments lso available

Dislikes

One thing was I disliked was due to cold weather or snowfall dec to february college is closed.
I disliked the book issue system it takes maximum time to get a book from my college.
The period was too long . Not only 1 hour it almost 2 hour classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chooses the best course. Because my faculty was good I can ask him freely if I have any doubt. And it increases my interest in my subject. And the experiment we do make us progressive for our future. Yes but one thing I will say the duration of time period will be increase

Aspects that i like the most is academic program, faculty expertise, and support and infrastructure and the aspects i don't like is outdated and inappropriate facilities

Limited opportunity for socialization and campus involvement leads to isolation
Insufficient support for people with disabilities
Exclusively can create an unwelcoming environment for some students

I went for this college mainly because it is just little far from my home which is better because it near my house in just kilometres only that's why I go for this college and admission process for this college as they give scholarship of girls 5%. Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

I have applied also for Chandigarh Group of Colleges Landran and mohali , Chandigarh University and Quantum University Haridwar I have got a confirm addmission in chandigarh group of colleges mohali but I haven't got admission there as it was far away from my home. Also I got registered in Quantum University by submitting 10000 registration fees but later on I have changed my college to Uttaranchal University anyhow even I don't know why even I was selected and fulfilled the criteria for all other applied colleges.
