Remarks

Very good college on academic basid and friendly environment for the students.the only negative thing is the studentcares who sometimes might be a annoying factor other than that the college is very good

Course Curriculum Overview

Very good 3 internals per sem and the exam pattern is about 50 marks from internals and 50 marks from external theory exams and the end cgpa is reviewed by the exam cell.the internals is based on the cat xams

Rec has very good numbers in terms of placement records.our placement cell conducts regular program on higher education and abroad internss and signed any moc with manny foreign universities.there will be a 10 day placement camp in our college that will be helpfull for the students to compete and interns can be done through college and individual

Rec has various events with respective to different club activities, there will be regular events such as ngo,rotract,blood donating camps and thr nso club of rec conducts sports meet annually and recharge is the mega cultural events

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes the fees isna feasible one considering the standards of the college,the fees is paid on semester basis with the transport and other extra curricullar fees are collected through this semester fees and for every semester the exam fees is collected based on number of subjects the student is appearing

The college offers loan facility for the needed students baded on the cgpa criteria and students financisl background.they support the students with a considerable negation on the sem fees and the genral criteria must be all clear and the cgpa is should be above 8

Campus Life

We have techlounge with high tech computer systems and fullly air conditioned one for the programming and teachnical works,the incubation cenrer is for project development area and we have electrical,mechanical ,aera,cicil labs too.the nso clubs looks after the sports development of the college

Hostel Facilities

No im a day schoolar and my hostel friends said the hostel facilities are quite good.the hostel wardens are friendly and every weak there will be a movie time projected in the seminar halls. They are allowed for outing on weekly basis

Alumni/Alumna

Yes ,we have a goood rap over with our current seniors and they will be very helpful regarding subject basis and technology.during every technical symposiums Seniors guide us in a far betteter way then external sources and mostly we will be meeting our alumni for every semester through various events

Admission

After getting the final exam result of 12th grade ,the availablity of the ceat is based on the engineering cutoff and then according to the seats availability the seats will be allocated.the college admin team is very good

Very good faculty and our college has a very food faculty ratio of 5:1.most of our faculty are phd and doctrate in their respective fields Not only syllabus based we can have a very good rapover with the current technical affairs

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

I got seat at srm chennai but it was too long for me and it couldnt manage the travel because i should catch the bus at morning 6 am and i will return to home around 5 50pm. So nearly 12 hours. So rejected it and choose rec chennai because it is near to my location. I will catch the bus at 6 55 am and i will come to home at 4 15 pm. I wasnt applied to other clg so there is no rejection.Simple admission process just show ur orginal 12th certificate and cutoff marks.If your abive 80% cutoff u can pay minimum donation if doesnt enough for the course which u applied. Counselling is the better way to avoid donations and cutoffs may change for the caste....Read More
