Of course negative only. No good teachers, poor grading system that includes absolute marking, bad teaching environment, poor infrastructure, poor level education, lack of professionalism, knowledge and creativity in college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Extremely bad and poor level course curriculum is here.All weak students study here. Even though defined course is not properly taught,every teacher modifies according to his/her comfort and leaves the rest of course because of lack of lectures. Exams consists of one mid sem examination of 30 marks another of 50 marks end sem.
Placement Experience
Placements and job opportunities are somewhat good because of some of the topper students in every batch. College course doesnt provide any good additional projects, training programs and research works opportunities. Students have to suffer themselves searching and doing any of additional course or training programs.No my college doesnt provide internship.
College Events
In almost every two weeks there is some program or event in the college. Yearly events are cultural and technical fest named Adhyaay, sports fest named Agaaz, world food day, world environment day, Republic day, Independence day, fresher's program and many are there
Fee Structure And Facilities
Expensive, first year of B.Tech costs 135000 INR ,second year of it costs 92300 INR, third year costs 92300 and fourth year costs 51340. Although it is a government university it has this much high fees structure.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, my college doesn't provide any scholarship or loan facility. Instead here government of Uttar Pradesh provides scholarship to students whose annual family income is less than 2.5 lakhs. Loan facilities are majorly given by banks here but government pays the interest on education loan.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities are of less opportunities in our college. Students who are interested in dancing, singing, playing any instrument, anchoring get chance in fests, teacher's day celebration and in fresher's program. Labs have poor infrastructure and out dated machines. Students participate in sports played among them only.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network of HBTU is vast network. People from this college are doing great in corporate sector as well as government sector, they usually involve in some good masters program from some other college. Seniors are extremely disturbing. They usually disturb in the name of interaction.
Admission
Students are expected to give Joint entrance examination (JEE) Mains to get qualified for a admission in this college.Here counselling stages 4 rounds online counselling and last one on spot offline counselling. Students are offered branch according to their rank.
Faculty
Low level professionalism, lack of teaching experience of guest faculty.lack of knowledge and creativity among teachers. Every teacher modifies the no. alloting system as per his/her choice. Almost every theory subject teacher has a habit of not giving full marks to any question even though the answer is 100% correct. Here assistant in practical subjects do grading of students which is very bad.
