Remarks

College is doing its part very well and the students are also taking advantage of college facilities, I think my choice was good to take admission here. Overall it is a decent college for Engineering B Pharma and MBA.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

KIET is under APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University AKTU ,so curriculum of university is followed. Exam structure is good we have 3 internal exams in each semester before our final semesters so we got a good grip on subjects during our preparation for internals.

Placement Experience

The placement scenario is very good in KIET for all branches the college provide lots of training and support to help us to prepare for placement. The college also provide internships in its govt funded Technical Business Incubator and decent stipend is provided.

College Events

Our college celebrate many events such as- International sports events. International Technical Fest - Innotech Cultural fests. And many foreign conferences and motivational talks.Recently AICTE chairman also came to our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is bit expensive as compared to govt colleges but if we compare the facilities they are providing it is good. And bit inexpensive from several colleges of the region. Which also includes Amity Galgotias and all.

Fees and Financial Aid

College has tie ups with many banks which provides loan to students who need it. College also offers scholarships based fee waiver seats in each Branch and Also provides other scholarships from govt.

Campus Life

4.5

Labs are very good as compared to college of AKTU level,we also have innovation Centre in our college which provides high tech machines such as 3D printer and other for innovation. Extracurricular activities are also good.

Alumni/Alumna

We have a huge alumini network and we all are connected to them and take guidance when needed. Our alumi are also in foreign countries and we also connect to them to know about current industry scenario.

Admission

I appeared for UPSEE secured a good rank and then in my counselling I opted for KIET,although it was bit difficult for me to get CS/IT branch, but still I got IT. I was alloted IT then I came for a college visit and saw good facilities here,so I joined KIET

Faculty

Faculty of college is very nice and professionally trained they give their best in classroom.I personally go to my teachers many time to clear my doubts and they are always happy to see me.Very supporting.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Inside Out of KIET

My decision was I could say influenced by my elder brother and I don't regret taking admission here. I applied to all AKTU colleges got rejected only from IET LUCKNOW and KNIT SULTANPUR purely due to percentile reason Other than that I got all the colleges including BIET JHANSI. I chose this one due to placement of the 2022 batch. Admission happens here through JEE MAINS and DIRECT ADMISSION as well For my course if you are general then you should have atleast 90+ percentile if you are from home state that is UP. Direct Admission happens on the basis of 12th result for CSE you need near around 90 percentage...Read More
