Enginering life at shankaracharya college

Overall I would rate college 4 out of 5. Because in every aspect the college had made me transform from a dull person to knowledgeable, confident, smart and had made enough capacity to deal with life and professional problems.

As I am a mechanical engineering student, I am having a strong desire for learning machines, robots, automobiles, etc. I am very much passionate about my subject. Starting from my first semester, the faculty of my college had been so supportive and had always pushed me forward to gain extra knowledge and to learn new things they had been so cooperative and had taught me to solve any problem in a technical and very good way. Exams are considered every semester, after each semester there is a 4 to 6 months break which we learn and study so many technical solutions to the problem.

campus are on from the beginning of 7th semester.various marketing company like BYJUS, Jaroeducation, and many BPO's like TTECH INDIA, COLLEBERA, etc are coming in which group discussion is the first round, the students who cleared the first round are then promoted for the next where they have to give interview and based on that their selection occurs. the packages of the company coming in my college usually occur between 6 to 7 LPA for marketing and sales company and for bpo's its 3 to 4 LPA

Yes, our college organizes central India's biggest cultural fest that is SAMVID every year in the month of February or march in which various types of cultural events, technical events, games, hackathon, celebrity night, ramp walks which are considered as flames, Dj night, etc are organized.

Truly if I say about fees then its worth it. It's not expensive it's totally worth it. The type of hard work the faculties of our college make then I must say its totally worth it. it's not expensive as they provide so many facilities like educational seminars, workshops, a special class for aptitude, etc.

Yes, there is a post metric scholarship for OBC students every year and also minority scholarship who secured 80% in there class 12th. and if the student is a branch opener of his or her branch then they need not have to pay the college fees, which is a very good thing.

Talking about extracurricular activities there is a branch wise fest organized in our college in which for cricket game a fest named Aarohan has been organized by electrical branch. Likewise, every branch organizes according to there interests if they want to do so.

I haven't opted for a hostel. but the students who had opted had given a bad review about the hostel. the food of the girl's hostel is not good they are very tasteless and there is so much disturbance in college.

Yes, they are so supportive. After parents and faculties, the people who guided me in my career path. They guided me by giving me superior knowledge about what's wrong and what's right. In my every complication they had helped me to overcome certain solutions.

I got admission to college through the pre-engineering test (PET) according to which based on my rank I am eligible for this college. In PET there is a set of questions considered of physics, chemistry, maths. Besides that, there are logical reasoning question and aptitude also, which test the ability of student how much knowledgeable and deserving they are and based on the exam test rank the student get the colleges.

The faculty of my college is so supportive and always pushed me forward for learning new things and earn so knowledge that is helpful in my future when I will be graduated. the lessons they taught me will be helpful when I will be dealing with my engineering field problems.
