College review

Positive things 1) studying environment 2) supportive faculties 3) helpful seniors 4) well equipped labs Negative things 1) less events 2) wifi is not good These are some positive and negative things as per my view.

Course curriculum is organized by AKTU it is officially announced and according to that ciricculum the colleges affiliated to it have to run the things according to that. Exam are also organized by the university , students are provided centre where they have to appear for the exam. There are two semesters in a year that means in btech we have 8 semester's in our four years of course.

Placement and Job opportunity is improving day by day in the college. College is making different department and training cells for students so that students can learn and get to know how to face an interview and making us technically and verbally strong. As per the job opportunity college is providing decent opportunity of jobs and placement. Students doing hard work will surely get job from this college. They are making contact with companies so that more and more students get placed.

Events and program are quite low in this college, you will see very less events happening in this college because our college main focus in is studies. They only focus on study. There are events organized in college but at very low level.

Fee structure is different for different courses here. I am a btech student my fees is 1,47,150 rupees per annum. And if you are living in hostel the hostel fees is 95000+5000 that is total of 1,00,000. Fees is bit high.

I have never applied for any kind of scholarships or loan. But there are few things. For more information about the scholarships and loans you may check the college website or visit the college desk. You will get information regarding this.

Extracurricular are decent , but labs are get well equipped and have all the instrument and things we need to learn they have separate labs for all the branch and also have library for students. Labs are very well equipped with skillfull teachers who help students during the labs.

I was in college hostel for two years. There are two different hostel. One hostel for first year students and the other one for 2nd,3rd and final year students. The main problem of hostel is that you have to shift every year from the hostel , from one room to other. Fees is quite as per the hostel facility. Their is no wifi for mobiles only students with laptop can get wifi and its speed is very low. Food in mess is average.

Seniors under whom i have done projects , most of them were very supportive and had helping nature. They didn't had any kind of ego , they will give you better information about things they have paased through. So i recommend to work under some seniors. You will get to learn many good things.

I got admission through the merit list provided by AKTU. This is the university that organises exam every year in which lakhs of students appear and according to result they get ranked and based on the rank they are provided their college and the branch or stream in which they want to go for studies.

Faculty in our college are well and highly graduated , they have technical skills and techniques , so that students can easily understand the course. Faculty in college are very supportive , we can go anytime in college hours to that if we are facing any issue regarding anything. They give their best advice to us for our betterment.
