Positive. Research-oriented course that's why students are interested in the course. Fess is less also having job opportunities so positive remark is for our institute still they new. Good infrastructure also.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is good. Basically multidisciplinary course under which we can study different subjects. subjects including physical sciences, chemical sciences, life sciences, mathematics, statistics, nanoscale, nanomedicine and nanobiology, electronics, etc.
Placement Experience
The course is newly started but still course having placements in different chemical companies, in research institutes, etc. Also having different internships, fellowships like Erasmus Mondus, summer fellowships, etc.
College Events
College celebrates every National and international event like independence day, republic day, and Yoga days, etc., and also celebrates the birth and death anniversary of all Indian saints and Mahatma's.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The course is semi-government granted that's why having fees from 27,000 to 38,000 from bachelor to masters which is feasible for middle-class family student and college gives some scholarships that why fee become feasible.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship like the central sector is a good scholarship which is nearly about 10000 Rs. per year. For university toppers university also gives 10000 Rs scholarship. All this scholarship is beneficial for students.
Campus Life
All labs are good and every student can use any lab which they need for their research. Mostly 1:3 ratio of boys to girls respectively. Students can organize the sports days, traditional days, and science days also.
Alumni/Alumna
Some seniors are selected for scientific writers, own enterprises, and also in some institutes and selected for other abroad university fellowships. They have the best experience with the course. Some of the seniors are also faculty in some institutes.
Admission
The college considers the 50% marks from HSC board and 50% marks from entrance exam which is taken after HSC exam result and by merit list they sort out the students. Basically, this is research-oriented multidisciplinary course. I am interested in research that's why I chose this course which is new in Maharashtra state started by Shivaji university, Kolhapur.
Faculty
All faculty are well qualified. Mostly the faculty is complicated Ph.D. from their specific subject. Every faculty give specific time to each student. Course having 60 students limitation that's why every student is in under observation of faculty.
