Remarks

Still needs to lift up the standards and Infrastructure required for a basic engineering course. Teachers and curriculum needs to be ammended in such a way as to improve the learning quality among students.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

In this college, approach to learning is very restricted as the students were not allowed to choose the course we wanted to study, rather forced subjects some of them very uninteresting too were involved. Exam structure was very predictable and kerbing the creativity of the student learning experience.

Placement Experience

1.5

College does not provide any internship opportunities. Placements are there but just for people interested in going to the IT sector. Infosys is the main and mass recruiter responsible for giving placement opportunities to the maximum number of students.

College Events

3.5

There were some cultural events that used to take place twice an year. Crispolateia was the annual event supposed to take place yearly for the engineering part of the university. Many games and music nights used to be a part of it.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is affordable as per the engineering is concerned. It is very inexpensive in analogy to the other private institutions offering the same course. It has different fees based on the odd, even pattern.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are fee waiver schemes for the students who's family income is less 3-4lakhs per annum. That can be availed several times during the whole course by talking to the faculty. For single girl students too, there are certain scholarships offered by the state government.

Campus Life

2

Labs are hardly maintained and have the basic infrastructure/machinery only to teach the students. There is still a sincere workout required for motivating the pupils to learn practical approach of work taught in the labs

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel Infrastructure is average as the new hostels are still livable while the toilets and bathrooms are usually dirty and are not regularly cleaned. But the hostel fees is quite affordable for anyone. Food is a mixed review.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no Alumni network thing in the university, normally the people are helpful if we ask some senior. There is no such official proceedings carried out in the name of alumni network. I have met some of the seniors which have been helpful in describing the importance of internal and external exams which had been an upper hand.

Admission

I choose civil engineering as I had limited options to choose from because of my rank. Also I didn't wanted to do the conventionally trendy computer science engineering. I had appeared for IIT JEE mains exams which helped me get into the college.

Faculty

2

Some of the teachers were significantly qualified to teach the course but were hardly interested in making the students learn something. Instead it was all about noted and completing the syllabus before exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
