Remarks

Everything is positive. I am giving 100 % for this colleges. Ultimately you need proper guide line while learning in college, correct guidance and perfect way will be provided by all teaching staff. You will get guidance, knowledge and life philosophy from experience staff and also from seniours.

Course Curriculum Overview

Exam is common for all Gujarat college which comes under Gujarat technological University. Paper pattern is also same for all branch related student. So that partiality word cannot be used during whole Gujarat engineering students.

Placement Experience

4.5

Yes. Internship is provided by BVM college. All most around 30 to 40 college came in BVM college and recruited around 60 to 90 students on an average. Then salary structure is also good for fresher student.

College Events

4.5

Cultural events, non technical events, technical events, udaan tech fest and sport days celebration.each year udaan is celebrated in our college. In this tech fest your overall personality will developed and your growths will be reach on highest level.

Fee Structure And Facilities

This is the government colleges. So that fee structure is as per government rule. 1500 per semester and remaining admission fees is charged. No other fees were taken from the student. But I must say that if student has financial problem, then staff will ready to help you.

Fees and Financial Aid

In each and every goverent college, cast scholarship and alumany scholarship is provided by government. Even in scholarship every hostel fees and annual fees charges included. Even their local organization is also provided scholarships for those students who are really good but having a financial problem.

Campus Life

One of the best workshop and lab facilities ever in our BVM colleges. Each subject has own labolatery and highly experience staff is available to do and perform the practical things. You can perfom your practicals in own hand and you felt like you are working in organization.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

College hostel is a jannat for all engineering student. Facility is medium but friends and partners are very helpful and supportive. I must say that whatever I am today is just only because of hostel life. Each and every person have to stay in hostel atleast one year.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. Senior is very supportive and help while in tech fest and also help in education. With the help of them you can make your own way and you will be well known in college atmosphere. At any time you can get the proper solution with the help of seniors.

Admission

On the base of merit and seat availability and seat reservation, I am selected in BVM college in Mechanical branch in 2010. Process is too much simple. You have to apply online and select your college as per your choice and wait for your results. If you have enough merit and eligible for the college then finally you opted the college.

Faculty

Best faculty ever in all over Gujarat. Each and every staff having 18+ years of experience and even knowledge of all practical things which you will be going to perfom in organization. Even extra organizatio knowledge will be also provided by them.

PDEU , a Sweet n' Sour experience

Likes

The campus is really well built and has good classrooms with air conditioners in every class ensuring student comfort.in
Decent facilities for extra curricular activities like sports and metro connectivity as well.

Dislikes

Same old rigid curriculum that is still being taught in Tier 3 engineering colleges through out the country
Some of the faculty even though they may be knowledgeable themselves, fail to deliver their thoughts in an efficient way to the students
Attendance criteria is relatively strict at around 80% on paper but you can still do with 70+ percentage.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th Semester and companies start visiting at that time. The no. of companies that visit are around 30+ and the highest package offered last time was around 25+ LPA. The average package is 7-8LPA. Some of the companies that visit are Accenture,TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan(students got placed from a Hackathon)

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,
