Remarks

As per the faculties, facilities and the placements it's a nice college. Some things might be made better but still you'll have a great college life here. Students from different regions are present so you'll get to know a lot of people.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's quite good here. No the exams and labs are not that frequent. You get sufficient time to get prepared for everything. You get an academic calendar in which everything is mentioned about the course and exams along with their dates.

Placement Experience

Yes, our college provides internships. List of Companies coming here for placements is quite long. Main recruiters are Infosys, cognigent, wipro, Accenture etc. Even some companies provide high payscales like Microsoft, amazon etc.

College Events

We have a number if events here at the college. Genesis is our college fest. Other workshops of various branches are also conducted. Various club activities keep on going throughout the year. You will get scope for a lot of participation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is not too expensive and not too feasible. But as per the placements and the facilities it is manageable. You'll be able to pay the entire fees in installments and the college will not force you in between the semester regarding this. But to see your results you need to pay the fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know much about loan facilities. But you get scholarships as per your results in 10th and 12th board exams. In case you need to apply for study loan from any bank then you will have to get a statement from the college asking for certain amount of money and you can show it in the bank for the loan process.

Campus Life

Yes, you will get to participate in a lot of extracurricular activities. As mentioned earlier, there are several clubs in the college. The students can choose among themselves whichever they want to join accordingly to their interest. Yes, there is gender equality and people from many states of India are present here. Even students from abroad are also present.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the seniors are so friendly. Obviously initially you will face problems to interact but once you take your own time you'll find them very helpful and friendly. They will help you a lot in guiding you during semester exams.

Admission

It's facilities are awesome and the placements too. You can apply through jee main marks or by attending the aptitude test. Based on the results you can choose your preferred branch and course in the college.

Faculty

The facilities here are well qualified from reputed institutes. They are quite dedicated. Moreover they are quite friendly with the students and help us at all fields. Basically there are some faculties who are good mentors too. They will guide you in all aspects.

Likes

The environment of KIIT is best for student as their are students from all over India you learn many things other than just your course.
The college life for the students at KIIT is awesome as the architecture of the university is designed for students to explore every possible thing required by any student.
The fest of KIIT is just best the students enjoy those days the most.

Dislikes

As for me their are no flaws that I can say I dislike in KIIT.

Placement Experience:

The placement was quite good. The one who is disciplined and willing to get placed and surely get placed and the total average was around six LPA and the highest package was 53 LPA, which was offered by the atlassian

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Best college in Bhubaneswar

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

Have collabs with IBM, Samsung, Capgemini for RnD and NUS singapore , University of North Texas
Our college has hosted International Conferences like IEEE InGAARS 2025and Indocrypt 2025, where scientists had came from NASA, ISRO, all IITs, Foreign Universities, etc
Exposure is Good. The teachers here put efforts to teach and research. Unlike other colleges where teachers comes and roll out PPTs, here every teacher teaches on Board explaining everything properly

Dislikes

Few teachers speak in Odia accent, so it takes couple weeks to adjust
Campus is kind of small (36acres), but its good area for a IIIT, considering IIIT delhi is just 25 acres
3 occupancy hostels for 1st years (same goes for any other NIT/IIIT), but they have a option of single rooms from 2nd year

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

Teaching style of faculty is excellent and related to practical based
Infrastructure of collage is just excellent and view is stunning
The playground facility is excellent and love to play different games

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem of completion eligible to sit in placement called by campus placement in university. Companies like accenture, techmahindra,tech bee,and wipro comes for hiring. Highest package till now is 29 lpa and lowest is 1.5 lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Mostly 80 percentage of students getting placement from campus drive. My plan after getting degree is getting job from campus drive.

From sixth semester you are eligible for campus placement. Companies visited are Tata power, Adani, OPTCL and others.The highest package for electrical engineering is 10 lacs. 60percent marks is required for getting placement.

Likes

The professor who taught in our class they are taught is best In teaching.
They provide you many opportunities to work upon on you.
The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

Dislikes

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

I had also applied for Chandigarh University alongwith my friend we got admission into our desired branches we were also given scholarship of about 70000 on the 175000 tution fees but decided to withdraw because of not so student-friendly environment, transportation issue. The scholarship is given on the basis of CUCET online proctor baes exam conducted by the university itself for admission. In our college the admission process starts from March or April and admission is done in two ways- by giving online SAAT exam, or through JEE Mains result. It continues till the month of August until the vacant seats aren't filled. The overall admission experience is average, after selection you are first required to pay some amount as demand draft to the university in order to confirm your admission. My first impression of the college I chose

I applied in vit chennai , lpu , kiit , and vit bhopal . I got confirmed admission from all the colleges but i chose this college as it was in my hometown and the rating and education background of the college was impressible. No i didnt get any rejection from any college i applied. The admission process includes online application which is free of cost. Review for Soa national institute of law. Read this before taking admission

I had applied to symbiosis law college, Lloyd law college, Kiit law college. I got confirmed admission from symbiosis law college Noida and Hyderabad I got confirmed from lloyd and kiit as well. I think the most important factor of mine choosing this college is its fees which is quite affordable and the environment here which is quite friendly and non toxic. I just could not clear my CLAT examination. I never got rejection from the college I applied. For admission one need to 1st give CLAT or Soa conduct its own examination called SAAT you need to clear SAAT then you will get offer letter then you need to come to the college on the day given to you for admission and make the admission with the fees provided in the mail only and the methods of making payment.
