Remarks

As in college does not have ant negative remarks. It has a good environment, satisfied faculty, average staff and a good placement which can be improved a bit. The classrooms are well designed, marbled floor, smart boards and air- conditioned. The library is also air- conditioned with every kind of reference books available. Canteen also air- conditioned quick services, good quality food and hygiene. ID scanners are also installed which made easy to enter the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

About the course curriculum, it gave a wide knowledge about each and every terms of the field like electronic equipment, their working, technical languages, their implementations, about networking devices like an antenna and many more. Whatever that was taught in the classroom, we were able to implement in the practical labs with great understanding and at the end, we would move out by knowing some new and interesting things without being tired or stressed out. The exams also didn't give much of pressure as the portion wasn't much and there were holidays in between the exams.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placements started around mid- august of semester 7 2019, during which many companies visited like JP Morgan, TCS, Infosys, LTI, Quantiphi, Amdocs, Deloitte, Edelweiss, EY, GEP, and many others. They offered roles like ML engineer, analyst, associate engineer, software developer, advisor and many. Every companies package varied in terms of the roles the provided. some of the companies packages were as TCS provided 3. 36lpa, QuantiphI had 7lpa, EY had 4. 5lpa, Amdocs and LTI had 5lpa. Also, many companies provided an internship to a few students and later on to be converted in a job.

College Events

4

One of the many fest of DJ SanghvI is TRINITY, which organised many events, sports events, interdepartment box cricket and many with huge number of participation and audiences included. Also committees like DJ SPARK, DJ LIT, DJS ARYA organised many events including some technical paper writing, JAM events, quiz competitions etc. DJ STRIKE is event in which groups among SE and TE are formed and mentored by BE where in the create different projects on different technologies and fields which is also on a very large scale. ICWICOM conference is also held.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure includes the development fee- 12763, exam fee- 2083, tution fee- 12637 and other like gymkhana fee, funds etc. According to this fee structure, development is huge as there is not of much development involved as they charge of that. Also other fees like gymkhana funds and all are also not required as in every body wont be joining gym or like that.

Fees and Financial Aid

About loan, the college doesn't provide any kind of this service but the college encourages students to get involved in scholarship activities provided by the state of Maharashtra. They display notices about the scholarship programs, the starting date and the last date, about the scrutinization in the college, during what time students can get their documents verified and also any doubts in the process.

Campus Life

3.5

About the gender ratio its kind of equal in every branch. There are no discrimination about gender, religion, caste, status that I encountered in my 4 years. Also as said previously many committees organised many activities, events, workshops throught the year and thus students can also get involved in the extracurricular activities apart from the academics.

Alumni/Alumna

AlumnI Meet was organised in which we were able to communicate with the alumnis and also seniors of our course. They helped us by sharing their experience after their graduation, how they were able to cope up in their fields. We came across many things that helped us widen our perspective towards the college and the branch.

Admission

Admission took place based on the score of the entrance exam(MHT- CET) and depending on the cut off list for each and every branch by the college. Depending on the cut off lists marks students can get admission in their respective branch of interests. Thereafter submitting the required documents to the college and paying the fees, students can secure their seats in the college. The reason for choosing EXTC that it gave exposure to the technical terms and as well as about electronics terms and also in the field of networking.

Faculty

4.5

About the teaching faculties in our department, all the professors that taught us any subject, were particularly either working or was doing the project in that subject or either had previous knowledge about that subject. One can easily understand what was being taught in the class and later on implement in the practicals and projects. Anyone can approach a faculty regarding some kinds of doubts or any other problems without hesitations. Overall the faculty in our course was satisfied.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.
