Remarks
There is a problem inside the campus currently due to the new buildings which are being constructed to acoomodate more students and for the betterment of the facilities provided in the college but still it is for a good cause so we can bear the cost of it like noise and commotion for some time but when it will be finished our campus will be state of the art.
Course Curriculum Overview
Days are hectic, as there are 2 labs per week and 6 hour classes a day but the course is very good and the curriculum is designed completely for the overall improvement of the student rather than just helping him to get a job, yes the curriculum is job oriented but it is so much more than that.
Placement Experience
Placements are Damm good in this college especially for the computer Science students as the packages go up to 50 to 60 lakhs and the median pay is something like 10 lakhs or so which is quite good in the current job market compared to other colleges.
College Events
There are events conducted every 2 to 3 weeks which is nice but hectic sometimes. The events are of all types like Aatmatrisha is the techno-cultural major fest whereas Prakalpa, epsilon, The amateur scientist are other popular events conducted by the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is expensive for PESSAT students as it is 320000 for one year or 2 semesters which is high than most of the colleges in India but still there are scholarships which are offered to as much as 20 percent of the total people giving the college exams which is quite good.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a MRD scholarship available in our college which is given to the top 20% people in the college and they are given a 40 % return if their total fees. And there is also CNR Rao scholarship which is given to the topper of any branch which entitles them to a50% return of total fees.
Campus Life
They are bot so good in terms of sport as there are only one ground for cricket and one futsal ground which cannot accommodate all the students but still it is good for the teams atleast it is beneficial for the college in terms of reputation.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is not that good, still is comfortable And the food is alright but the main problem is the hostel staff which will try to break you in every way possible and try to suppress you but still regardless of their irritating rules, still the students have a lot of fun and enjoy a lot.
Alumni/Alumna
They are very helpful as they have experience and they impart those things to the students a lot and hence it helps in the overall development of the student and hence helping them in getting internships and nice jobs or great recommendation for colleges abroad for higher studies.
Admission
Engineering is what I wanted to do, We had to give PESSAT exam conducted all over India and then people having the highest ranks are selected to be called for counseling and then rank wise branches or domains are selected by students, the student with a higher rank gets more number of options in terms of branches.
Faculty
They are highly qualified and quite good, they let the students take their time in understanding the concepts and use efficient methods for teaching which helps the students in every way possible, they are also very good academically.
