Remarks
It's best to study in our college because we have good experienced faculty and the negative is about the fees structure and some of experience are not good in the clinical setting and there are too many unnecessary works and yet is best to study.
Course Curriculum Overview
The exam course curriculum is by annual or yearly and the exam are thouree sessional we have like thouree term.From the thouree sessions the mark is taken as internal mark and the exam are not every frequent and we are always have some sort of work (literally busy)
Placement Experience
The placement is by campus interview and our college have tie up with many hospitals.thouroughout the India. Some hospitals like Apollo (chennai), BLK(Delhi) and MGM&RI (pondichery).and our college provide internships about a period of six(6) months for nurses and we can learn many clinical experience thourough posting and we have different time schedule like full day shift, night shift and posted in almost all week like ICU, casualty, SICU, medical ward etc.
College Events
We have many events like cultural programme, sport events and farewell and college age. The main event is (Criseta ) is our college cultural events in this a big stage is kept and we conduct any events like dance, singing, drama.and some prize distribution and we have many department events also like workshop and presentation.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our college fees structure is expensive. Even thought my admissions is thourough centac my annual fee is 125000 rupees and it's only tuition fee only. other then this we have cultural event fee and some conference fees and other than that we have exam fees which is paid thourough demand draft
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes we have good scholarships plan we have scholarships for SC students and is around 40000 rupees and PKEF fund and we have around 8000 rupees.and we have education loan options like assess to many bank.and we have centac scholarships as 8000 rupees.
Campus Life
We have ratio of girls:boys as 60:40 and we have many club like red cross club. and most of the students are from pondicherry and the is no politics with in the college and the economical status are average.most of the club like students club are good.
Hostel Facilities
As per the nursing college regulations hostel is compulsory but we have hostel only for girls and boys don't have hostel. But the fees of the hostel is around 100000 rupees annually and the facility are library, ground and have good grooming facility
Alumni/Alumna
We have no ragging our college is ragging free zone and our alumni are good.we have good relationships between our senior and junior.all our seniors are helpful in guiding in Carrier and in oru clinical experience.
Admission
I have personal interest in nursing and the college is seems to be a lot good at the time.And the admissions is by centac. It's a simple process you get registered thourough online and a call letter will come so on selected date you go on counselling.
Faculty
Most of the staff are doctorate in their department and some subjects like external ( pathology)are teaching by medical doctors.their are mostly MBBS. And some of the faculty are M.sc and they are dedicated in teaching and they have excellent clinical experience. And they have also take class by video and slide presentation and thourough demonstrations.
